This apartment is particularly suitable for guests who are adventurous - and want to explore the region, as you can use most of the leisure facilities and excursion destinations in Willingen and the Edersee region free of charge with the MeinCard+. See details below.
Modern, high quality, very comfortable, quiet location in the center of town. Everything has been thought of so that you can enjoy a nice and carefree vacation - and a little more.
A medium-sized dog is welcome.

- Light-flooded living room with 55" Smart TV, music streaming via Bluetooth from BOSE,
USB sockets, and dining table with a view of the viaduct.
- Comfortable kitchenette in the living room with refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, oven,

WILLINGEN/Upland in the DIEMELSEE NATURE PARK: Four-season vacation in the most visited holiday resort of the Central Uplands. Willingen (550-843 m) is a health resort with a healing climate and a winter sports resort; its wide range of leisure activities is unique in Germany, which is why Willingen, with its slogan “Everything I want,” is equally popular with young and old. Especially for families, it is a good vacation choice with MEINE-CARD-PLUS = vacation without extra costs!

Summer beach bathing at Lake Diemelsee; for hikers, Willingen with Europe's largest high heath and eight 800-meter peaks is the top destination in the Sauerland. Ettelsberg High Heath Tower - the highest viewpoint in northwest Germany. Bike park with World Cup downhill course. One of the top 5 low mountain ski areas with 15 km of panoramic slopes, modern 8-seater cable car + 11 lifts, 6 km of floodlit slopes, >90 snow cannons, 70 km of cross-country trails, EWF biathlon arena with a snow-covered 2 km floodlit trail. All basic prices are for 2 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!

Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €60, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.

Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €200 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.

Alles neu

Eine sehr schöne, saubere und empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Alles ist sehr neu. Ins Zentrum sind es ca. 300m. Leider war die Gartenanlage noch im Bau befindlich.

Eine gepflegte und und gemütliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar und mit der Meine Card lässt sich so manches unternehmen.
