This house has a magnificent view over the river and the landscape behind it: which is different every day.

Enjoy the terrace in summer:
for fishing or swimming and enjoy the open gas fireplace in winter. Or use the house as a base to explore the many walking and cycling areas.
Or enjoy the fixed jetty for fishing.
There is a separate swimming ladder.
The house is very centrally located in Veen on the Afgedamde Maas and between 3 golf courses.
The Afgedamde Maas is the connection between the Waal and the Maas, close to the Biesbosch, Loevestein Castle, and Heusden.
Trips to Gorinchem, Den Bosch, or the Efteling can be reached within 25 minutes. You have front row seats: both inside and outside with a view of passing ships or pleasure yachts.
The house has 3 floors:
The living room is more luxuriously furnished: with an open gas fireplace, air conditioning, TV, and open kitchen.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and 3 different types of coffee machines
where you can effortlessly prepare your favorite dishes. Above the bedroom, with magnificent view, TV, air conditioning, shower, large bath and separate toilet, washing machine, dryer, drying rack.
Below the living room a bedroom with 2 single beds, small infrared sauna, lounge set, TV and the freezer.
Washing machine, dryer and iron ensure that you lack nothing in this house, even if you stay longer.
Enjoy sunny hours on the terrace with a view of the river and the landscape opposite and the illuminated church in the distance. You can swim, fish, or take the time to simply look into the clear water of the tributary of the Maas.
And admire the large fish in the clear water.
Freight ships regularly pass by, as well as luxurious pleasure yachts, recreational water sports enthusiasts,
and occasionally a water skier or canoeist comes by.

In front of the house there is a spacious private parking area.

And collect all the laundry and remove the bedding that has been used,

We ask just before departure: put the towels in the washing machines
