Where the living room and the "master bedroom" have now both become a skybox

The ""master bedroom"" has a walk-in shower, a large bathtub, and a separate toilet.
There are 2 extra beds in the basement.
They currently still use the shower and bath of the ""master bedroom"" and the other toilet in the hall.
This house is ready to move in.
You don’t need to bring anything.
Everything is ready: made beds + towels, kitchen towels.
From kitchen roll, toilet paper to garbage bags.

With a well-stocked cupboard of crockery + glasses.
3 x coffee makers.
Dishwasher + small combi oven/microwave + fridge + freezer.
Washing machine + dryer.
2 x outdoor sun loungers, lounge set, garden chairs and cushions, a large stone table outside.

We prepare everything for you before you arrive.
And we ask that when you leave, you leave everything you used tidy and clean.
Remove the used bedding, so we can see which beds were used.
And we ask you to collect all the laundry so nothing is washed unnecessarily.
Please put the towels in the washing machine.
And turn on the washing machine at 60 degrees and let it run.
Then the washing machine is ready when we arrive.
We will then put the towels in the dryer.
A second car is only possible on request because an extra barrier pass must be requested
and it costs 25 euros.
We do not consider this holiday home suitable for very small children.
There is no barrier at the waterfront and there is a long jetty.
Dogs are only allowed on request.
At departure, there must be no sign that a dog has been present.
Extra costs will be charged.

| HOME No. 258, directly on the water, is a luxurious holiday home with breathtaking views. The living room and bedroom are both equipped with skyboxes. They offer stunning panoramic views of the river, the surrounding countryside, and the sunset. Sleeps 2 to 4 people. Rentals are typically from Friday to Friday. Minimum stay of 3 nights is available upon request. A permanent fishing pier is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped. A cozy gas fireplace adds to the ambiance. Two air conditioners and an infrared sauna are available. Upstairs, there is a luxurious bedroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. A washing machine and dryer are also provided. This luxurious house deserves recognition for its beautiful panoramic views of the river, the surrounding countryside, and the sunset! Internet access is €2 per night. Energy costs are billed separately. Security deposit: €200. Tourist tax: €1.65 per night. The house is ready to move into – like a 5-star hotel suite. You don't need to bring anything else. The kitchen is fully equipped. Arrival is around 5:00 PM. Please call as soon as you arrive at the large parking area. We will give you a barrier card there. Your license plate will be automatically linked to your barrier card. The house is located 1.4 km from the barrier. On the right-hand side of the road. The speed limit in the park is 15 km/h. The road is narrow. Many houses and chalets are occupied either year-round or only during the summer. Parking is only permitted on private property. There is no separate parking permit for this house in other areas of the park. All vehicles must park behind the white line. The road is narrow and must be kept clear for emergency vehicles. An €80 processing fee is payable to the park for a photo shoot. Please call us again at the house. There you will receive the house key and a brief phone introduction. Arrival is at 5:00 PM. You can request a different arrival time one week in advance. This is possible provided there are no other guests. You can check this in the house calendar. Departure is at 11:00 AM. Please clean and tidy everything you have used. Please note the following shortly before your departure: Blend the beds. Gather the laundry so that nothing needs to be washed unnecessarily. Please call us so that someone can come to the house. By making your payment, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated in the listing and in our emails. After your payment, you will receive information about the house and tourist information. After your request, we will send you two phone numbers. The garbage container is emptied every two weeks on Thursdays. Guests must place the waste bin themselves at the end of the street. There is only one bin for two holiday homes. This is insufficient. Therefore, we ask you to properly separate your waste and fill the bin with general waste first. Only then with construction debris. You can hang any leftover bags of construction debris in the small shed. Construction debris is easier to dispose of than general waste. Please fill the bin with general waste as much as possible. Do not place the bags on the ground; this attracts vermin. Dogs are only allowed upon request and not on a weekly basis. The dog owner knows their dog best. Please bring your own bed for your dog, as the floor is stone. Please be mindful of hygiene. Cover furniture if your dog is lying on a chair or sofa. After your departure, nothing should be visible indicating the presence of your dog. Additional charges will apply. The dog must be kept on a leash on the premises. This house has only 1 barrier pass so we ask you

Villa HOME 258
Een fantastisch huis. Wij waren daar toen het zo erg warm was. Wat heerlijk dat er zowel beneden als boven een airco aanwezig was. Vanuit het huis en terras heb je prachtig uitzicht op de rivier en 's avonds een prachtige zonsondergang. Het huis is super schoon, mooi en volledig ingericht, zoals handdoeken/keukendoeken/bedlinnen etc. is allemaal aanwezig. Je hoeft zelf niets mee te nemen.
Vandaaruit hebben we mooie fietstochten gemaakt. Al met al een fijne week in een fantastisch huis. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Beautiful private holiday spot
Beautiful clean holiday home equipped with all conveniences. Some things are a bit dated.
My wife and I had a wonderful 10-day vacation there.
Beautiful view over the dammed Maas. And despite many speedboats, still a quiet spot. Terrace nice in the sun and from the house and terrace a beautiful view, lovely sunsets, and an overwhelming thunderstorm.
The sun side was also a disadvantage on a number of days because they were excessively summery days. A few days it was 38 degrees behind the house in the shade! But there was also a heat wave.
The excellent quiet air conditioners in the living room and bedroom were a blessing. It's nice that everything is well provided. Towels and such in abundance.
A recommendation for those who love a home-like environment on a separate peninsula with many holiday homes, bungalows, and mobile homes.
And if you love a unique atmosphere. We felt at home! ±
