Holiday home Texel - love
We were in the holiday home with two children and two small dogs.
We really liked it.
There was a lot of outdoor toys for the children, and the four-legged friends were also considered.
The rooms in the house are well distributed.
There are even two bathrooms.
The listing matches one-to-one.
However, one should keep in mind that there is no basic equipment, such as salt, oil, soap, or cleaning supplies.
It is best to bring these upon arrival.
The location was optimal for making excursions. A supermarket is nearby, and the town, which is within walking distance, is very diverse (shopping, restaurants, snack bars, a small natural history museum...).
You need a car or, ideally, a bike to get to the beach.
Bikes can be easily rented at De Krim.
The landlords are very nice.
You get a WhatsApp contact to communicate if necessary.
We had a lovely break and thank the Steinbrink family.
We would rent the little house again.

Family vacation
We had a wonderful vacation in this holiday home on Texel and were completely thrilled! The house is very clean, cozily furnished, and well-equipped – we lacked nothing. We were there with four adults and two children. The large property was simply perfect for the children. They could play and romp to their heart's content while we adults enjoyed the peace and relaxed atmosphere. This is exactly how one envisions a successful family vacation. The location is ideal for exploring the island, and after each outing, we were happy to return to this great holiday home. We would especially like to highlight the warm and helpful hosts who made our stay perfect. We liked it so much that we immediately booked our vacation for next year again. That says it all! We are already looking forward to coming back and can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home.

Beautiful house in a quiet location
We arrived with 2 people. The house pleased us very much. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a television. There is a living-dining area, a small kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
On the first floor, accessible via an open wooden staircase, there are 2 more bedrooms, each with 2 beds. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is also a hot air fryer. The dishwasher is quite small, but completely sufficient for us. There is a private parking space at the house and a large shed in the garden where our bicycles could be easily stored. The house is surrounded by a beautiful large garden with many seating options. 2 loungers with cushions and a large lounge are also available. We liked the house so much that we booked it again for next year right away. The very nice contact with the landlord is also convincing. However, there is also a small but... As first-time tourists in Texel, we would have appreciated an information folder about attractions, excursion destinations, and especially bike junctions.
