The only original sheepfold permitted for overnight stays on Texel, located on the Waalenburgerdijkje cycle path, 250 meters from the public road. The sheepfold has a lovely, spacious garden and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sheep pasture and meadows.

Upon entering the sheepfold, you enter the spacious living room with a sitting area and TV. Sitting here, you have a beautiful view of the sheep pasture and meadows.
There is a neat open-plan kitchen with a combination microwave and various coffee makers. There is also a dining area with a dining table for four people.

There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have two single beds, and one bedroom has a sink.
There is a neat bathroom with a shower and sink. The toilet is located separately.

The spacious garden, with garden walls and a ditch as a divider, offers plenty of privacy and is situated on the unique Waalenburgerdijkje cycle path. There is a utility room. A washing machine and dishwasher are not provided. Wi-Fi is not available; mobile phones with 4G or 5G reception are good. Children's furniture is available upon request and for a fee.

De Boet is only accessible by car via a cycle path. Drivers must always yield to passing cyclists and drive very slowly, turn their lights on, and honk on blind bends. There is one parking space in front of the dam gate at the property.
