Located on the outskirts of the seaside resort of De Koog, near the beach and forest, lies this luxury villa. The villa's design is inspired by the typical Texel sheep shed and offers a delightful view of the south-facing garden. This is an absolutely top-segment home with a unique and tasteful interior.

The spacious living room features a seating area with a fireplace, smart TV, and music system. There is a dining area with a large dining table for 6 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with various built-in appliances, such as a combination microwave, steam oven, dishwasher, Quooker, and coffee maker.

There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower with two rain showers and a double sink. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. These bathrooms feature a spacious walk-in shower and a bathtub. All bedrooms in the house feature comfortable box-spring beds, and the bedrooms on the first floor have a TV. The beds are made up as standard, and towels are provided.

The living area is directly connected to the terrace by sliding doors. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and faces south. There is a trampoline for the children. There is a complete outdoor kitchen with a The Bastard BBQ. The wood-fired hot tub can be used all year round. Enjoy the wonderful scent, the sounds of nature, the crackling wood fire, and the stars in the sky. The garden is enclosed, partly by a fence and partly by a natural "Texel garden wall".
