Villa Mason is a stylish semi-detached house in Rovinjsko Selo (Istria, Croatia), just 8 km from the charming coast of Rovinj and 35 km from Pula.

Villa Mason accommodates up to eight guests and features a private pool unit with bedroom and separate bathroom. This offers a quiet and independent space for anyone seeking more privacy while at the same time wishing for proximity to the main villa.
The heated swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious garden, and a charcoal barbecue invites you to enjoy cozy outdoor dining. Two parking spaces with charging station for electric vehicles provide extra comfort.
On the ground floor there is an open living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor there are three additional bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, which share a bathroom with a shower. One of the double rooms opens onto a balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. A highlight of Villa Mason is the wellness area on the first floor. Whirlpool and sauna are accessible from the bathroom and offer a private retreat to relax. The villa is equipped with three air conditioners: one in the bedroom by the pool, one in the living room on the ground floor, and one on the first floor.
The location of the villa allows you to easily explore the highlights of Istria. Beautiful beaches such as Balota (8.2 km), Cuvi (9.1 km), Mulini (9.2 km), and Cisterna (11.3 km) are just a short drive away. Nearby towns such as Rovinj, Poreč, and Fažana offer restaurants, shops, and cultural experiences. The E751 highway and Pula airport (33 km) make the journey easy and comfortable.
Villa Mason is connected to Villa Paradiso Piccolo, a twin house, and they only share the main entrance. Guests of the neighboring villa will have to walk past your garden to reach their own entrance and outdoor area.
