Discover the perfect getaway in our apartment Seeschwalbe, located in Hagermarsch OT Hilgenriedersiel. This spacious accommodation offers 98 m² of space for up to 5 guests. The apartment Seeschwalbe is a maisonette apartment. On the ground floor you will find the living room with dining area and kitchen, as well as access to the garden/terrace. A guest bathroom with shower and WC. In the living room you will also find addit. a Murphy bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), especially suitable for older guests who do not want to go upstairs to sleep. On the first floor there is a spacious master bedroom with a crib, as well as a second bedroom with single beds, and a bathroom with toilet, shower, and bathtub.
Your children play on our playground, with many play equipment such as a swing, trampoline, and soccer field, while you enjoy the peace on the balcony or in the lovingly landscaped garden. A terrace with barbecue facilities invites you to spend sociable evenings. A parking space is available for your vehicle. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee and coffee pad machine are available, as well as a comprehensive selection of kitchen utensils.
A washing machine and a dryer are available for you in the annex. Of course, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, an iron, and a hairdryer. A television for cozy evenings is also available.

Hilgenriedersiel is a small place directly on the North Sea dike. Within walking distance, in about 1.5 km, you can reach our natural beach; here you can swim in the North Sea at high tide, or search for shells at low tide, or take small mudflat walks. The natural beach is a part of the "Wattenmeer Nature Park". Enjoy the peace and uniqueness of nature. "Hear the silence and smell the good air." The leisure opportunities are unlimited: excursions to the offshore islands such as Norderney, Baltrum, Juist, Langeoog, and Spiekeroog – guided mudflat hikes – extensive bicycle tours – many museums and sights.
