Discover the perfect getaway in our apartment Seeschwalbe, located in Hagermarsch OT Hilgenriedersiel. This spacious accommodation offers 98 m² of space for up to 5 guests. The apartment Seeschwalbe is a maisonette apartment. On the ground floor you will find the living room with dining area and kitchen, as well as access to the garden/terrace. A guest bathroom with shower and WC. In the living room you will also find addit. a Murphy bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), especially suitable for older guests who do not want to go upstairs to sleep. On the first floor there is a spacious master bedroom with a crib, as well as a second bedroom with single beds, and a bathroom with toilet, shower, and bathtub.
Your children play on our playground, with many play equipment such as a swing, trampoline, and soccer field, while you enjoy the peace on the balcony or in the lovingly landscaped garden. A terrace with barbecue facilities invites you to spend sociable evenings. A parking space is available for your vehicle. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee and coffee pad machine are available, as well as a comprehensive selection of kitchen utensils.
A washing machine and a dryer are available for you in the annex. Of course, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, an iron, and a hairdryer. A television for cozy evenings is also available.

Hilgenriedersiel is a small place directly on the North Sea dike. Within walking distance, in about 1.5 km, you can reach our natural beach; here you can swim in the North Sea at high tide, or search for shells at low tide, or take small mudflat walks. The natural beach is a part of the "Wattenmeer Nature Park". Enjoy the peace and uniqueness of nature. "Hear the silence and smell the good air." The leisure opportunities are unlimited: excursions to the offshore islands such as Norderney, Baltrum, Juist, Langeoog, and Spiekeroog – guided mudflat hikes – extensive bicycle tours – many museums and sights.

Great lovely accommodation!
We had a wonderful time at the de Vries family's holiday home and can wholeheartedly recommend it!
The reception was incredibly warm and friendly; you felt welcome from the very first moment.
The holiday home itself is lovingly decorated in a Nordic style, cozy, and simply invites you to relax. We were particularly impressed by the dreamlike garden, quietly located and simultaneously child-friendly, perfect for families looking for both relaxation and space to romp.
The location is a real highlight: The natural beach is just a 15-minute walk away, and all other activities in the area can also be quickly reached by car or bike.
Whether a relaxing holiday or active family time, you simply can't go wrong here. Absolute recommendation, we will gladly come again!

Little paradise in absolute peace
We stayed as a couple (72 and 64) in June/July 2026 for 3 weeks in the holiday apartment Seeschwalbe and felt very comfortable. The holiday apartment is more of a small semi-detached house than an apartment, situated in the midst of a very large beautiful garden that is well-maintained and lovingly decorated, completely private, and for exclusive use... Absolutely quiet location... you only hear the wind and birds. Directly from the garden, you can access the dike path and reach the natural beach. Beautifully lonely and quiet the whole surroundings.
In the front part of the house live the landlords, yet one is still very private in the back towards the garden. The de Vries family is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. . .
The apartment appears newly renovated and is well to high quality equipped. . . very good (Velux) windows including blinds and insect protection devices, very tidy floor coverings, curtains, and numerous sockets.
The two bathrooms are like new and very comfortable. The furniture is good to high quality, in the living room there are two large leather couches and a recliner... everything is very comfortable. There is also a wall bed that has two high-quality and very comfortable mattresses (80 x 200 cm). There is a large, high-quality television with satellite reception in the living area and very good Wi-Fi reception in all rooms. The kitchen is generously equipped and very clean. The dining table is situated between the kitchenette and the living area, from where one can enjoy a very nice view of the garden through a very large bay window with a deep windowsill. The bedroom on the upper floor is sufficiently spacious and very cozy, featuring beautiful roof and bay designs, large windows with top insect protection, and brand new Emma mattresses (as of 7/2026). Perhaps worth knowing: no freezer option in the kitchen, no terrace with awning, but numerous opportunities to stay in the garden, the nearest shopping option is 7 km away.
