Discover the perfect getaway in our apartment Seeschwalbe, located in Hagermarsch OT Hilgenriedersiel. This spacious accommodation offers 98 m² of space for up to 5 guests. The apartment Seeschwalbe is a maisonette apartment. On the ground floor you will find the living room with dining area and kitchen, as well as access to the garden/terrace. A guest bathroom with shower and WC. In the living room you will also find addit. a Murphy bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), especially suitable for older guests who do not want to go upstairs to sleep. On the first floor there is a spacious master bedroom with a crib, as well as a second bedroom with single beds, and a bathroom with toilet, shower, and bathtub.
Your children play on our playground, with many play equipment such as a swing, trampoline, and soccer field, while you enjoy the peace on the balcony or in the lovingly landscaped garden. A terrace with barbecue facilities invites you to spend sociable evenings. A parking space is available for your vehicle. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee and coffee pad machine are available, as well as a comprehensive selection of kitchen utensils.
A washing machine and a dryer are available for you in the annex. Of course, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, an iron, and a hairdryer. A television for cozy evenings is also available.

Hilgenriedersiel is a small place directly on the North Sea dike. Within walking distance, in about 1.5 km, you can reach our natural beach; here you can swim in the North Sea at high tide, or search for shells at low tide, or take small mudflat walks. The natural beach is a part of the "Wattenmeer Nature Park". Enjoy the peace and uniqueness of nature. "Hear the silence and smell the good air." The leisure opportunities are unlimited: excursions to the offshore islands such as Norderney, Baltrum, Juist, Langeoog, and Spiekeroog – guided mudflat hikes – extensive bicycle tours – many museums and sights.

Kleines Paradies in absoluter Ruhe
Wir waren als Ehepaar (72 und 64) im Juni/Juli 2026 für 3 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung Seeschwalbe zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Ferienwohnung ist eher eine kleine Doppelhaushälfte als eine Wohnung inmitten eines sehr großen wunderschönen Gartens, der gepflegt und liebevoll dekoriert, rundum uneinsichtbar und zur alleinigen Nutzung ist.... Absolut ruhig gelegen...man hört nur Wind und Vögel. Direkt vom Garten aus kann man auf den Deichweg gelangen und zum Naturstrand kommen. Herrlich einsam und ruhig die ganze Umgebung.
Im vorderen Teil des Hauses wohnen die Vermieter, man ist trotzdem nach hinten zum Garten sehr für sich. Familie de Vries ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit...
Die Wohnung wirkt neu renoviert und ist gut bis hochwertig ausgestattet...sehr gute (Velux)Fenster inklusive Rollos und Insektenschutzvorrichtungen, sehr ordentliche Bodenbeläge, Gardinen und zahlreiche Steckdosen.
Die beiden Bäder sind neuwertig und sehr komfortabel.
Die Möbel sind gut bis hochwertig, im Wohnzimmer gibt es zwei große LederCouches und einen RelaxSessel... alles sehr bequem. Außerdem gibt es ein Schrankbett, das über zwei hochwertige und sehr bequeme Matratzen (80 x 200 cm) verfügt.
Es gibt einen großen, technisch hochwertigen Fernseher mit SAT Empfang im Wohnbereich und einen sehr guten WLAN Empfang in allen Räumen.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist großzügig und sehr sauber.
Der Esstisch steht zwischen Küchenzeile und Wohnbereich, von wo aus man durch ein sehr großes Erkerfenster mit tiefer Fensterbank einen sehr schönen Blick in den Garten hat.
Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss ist ausreichend geräumig und sehr gemütlich, sehr schöne Dach-und Erkergestaltung, große Fenster mit top Insektenschutz und nagelneue EmmaMatratzen (Stand 7/2026).
Vielleicht wissenswert: keine Tiefkühlmöglichkeit in der Küche, keine Terrasse mit Markise, aber zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, sich im Garten aufzuhalten,die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 7 km entfernt.
