In the living room, an elegant fireplace ensures cozy evenings and the adjoining balcony offers a wonderful view of the greenery. The terrace and the garden are ideal for sunny days and barbecue evenings with a ready-to-use BBQ grill.

Our exclusive house is located in the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, in the beautiful town of Göhren-Lebbin, in the “Land Fleesensee” between Berlin, Rostock and Hamburg. The prime location just 100 m from the lake will make every heart beat faster, therefore our villa is ideally situated and nestled in beautiful nature. Enjoy the nature of Mecklenburg, the wonderful peace in a beautiful landscape, top-class golf courses, and a variety of leisure and sports opportunities. Furthermore, the town of Waren is located a short distance away on Germany’s largest inland lake, the Müritz. The town can be reached by boat via the Fleesen and Kölpin lakes, by bike (bike rental available locally), or by car. The Müritz National Park, the Barlach town of Güstrow, the DDR Museum in Malchow, and the Müritz Museum in Waren (the largest freshwater aquarium in Germany) are also interesting excursion destinations in good or bad weather. A marketplace with shops and restaurants, small stores, an organic farm shop, outlet stores, a laundromat, and an ATM are available in the town of Göhren-Lebbin.
By car, you can reach Göhren-Lebbin in about 1 hour from Berlin and about 2 hours from Hamburg; the Hanseatic city of Rostock is 65 km away. The historic old towns of Waren, Malchow, Röbel, and Plau am See are destinations for bicycle or car. Göhren-Lebbin became the holiday resort “Land Fleesensee” in 2000, Northern Europe’s largest leisure and recreation area with offerings for all ages. Designated jogging paths lead to the lake or through the forests, golfing on one of the three 18-hole golf courses, swimming in the lake with beautiful sunbathing lawns, horseback riding, hiking, cycling on the extensive network of trails through the lake district, sailing, surfing, boat tours, or simply relaxing and reading a book by the fireplace or on the terrace with your own garden area and built-in grill. A thousand lakes surround the place and invite you to explore. Numerous hiking trails, the fully developed network of cycle paths, boat rental, tennis, squash, bowling, go-kart rental and much more ensure that there is never a dull moment.

Afterwards, snuggle up in front of the cozy gas fireplace with a nice glass of wine. No problem... You deserve it. If you are satisfied, so are we! We have our cleaning fairies, janitors, gardeners, and pool maintenance team on site.
