The spacious 3-room non-smoking comfort apartment with 71m² is located on the 1st floor of a multi-family house. The apartment -Kleine Möwe- has been completely renovated and newly furnished. Special attention was paid to allergy-friendly equipment. Just in time for the start of the 2026 season, we are presenting our apartment with a new coat of paint. We are pleased with the successful new flooring in the hallway, kitchen, and bathroom. All floors are now covered with laminate.
Living room:
The living room is furnished with sheesham wood furniture. Mediterranean decorations and warm colors complete the overall look. It features a satellite TV, CD radio, and DVD system. A beautiful day at the beach is rounded off by the board games and books provided. You can find tips for excursions in the flyers laid out. Kitchen:
This is equipped with a high-quality kitchenette. The unit features a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with 3-star freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. There is sufficient crockery available. A cozy seating area with table and chairs invites you to linger. A washing machine is available.
Bedroom:
There are 2 fully furnished bedrooms available. The first one is furnished with 2 single beds and a 3-door wardrobe.
The second bedroom contains a double bed and a 5-door wardrobe with ample storage space. You also have enough room here to set up the travel crib for the “little ones” (which is of course available). In addition, both rooms have shelves, reading lamps, and are equipped with blackout blinds.
All windows have insect screens. Bathroom:
It is bright and friendly with a washbasin, toilet, and a super large shower. This is equipped with a granite seat, so you can easily and comfortably rinse your feet while sitting.
A hairdryer is also provided for you.
Hallway:
This also has a storage room in which you will find an ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, travel cot for children, and a high chair for children.
Balcony:
The balcony is accessible from the living room and the kitchen. The view faces southeast onto the garden.
The location and the furnishings already invite you to a cozy breakfast outdoors in the morning. Special features:

The activity park, numerous playgrounds invite you to linger and relax. If this is too exhausting for you, you can take the Carolinchen train through Boltenhagen and enjoy the atmosphere in a different way.
An excursion to the nearby Hanseatic city of Wismar and the leisure pool Wonnemar is an option for days with moderate weather.
