With great attention to detail, we have transformed the listed former parsonage into an exclusive holiday home with every comfort, which, with almost 300 m² of living space, offers plenty of room and space for two holiday parties. In two separate holiday apartments, each extending over two floors, you will find bright, comfortably and individually furnished rooms. Both apartments are accessible via a separate entrance. When furnishing the rooms, we carefully selected fabrics and materials: all curtains are custom-made, the bathrooms feature specially designed washbasins and are fitted with high-quality tiles or natural stone, and the living and sleeping areas exude a cozy warmth thanks to the whitewashed oak parquet flooring. We have preserved and professionally restored valuable elements such as windows and doors, fittings and handles of the house built in 1913, so that the charm of the old blends pleasantly with modern elements. Both apartments are furnished with paintings by a North German artist, each has its own terrace with wooden garden furniture and matching cushions, as well as its own garden grill. The centerpiece of the Buchfink apartment is the 40 sqm, wonderfully bright living room, which, with a fireplace, reading corner with many books, and 2 comfortable sofas, offers ample space for 4 people to feel at home. A television, a DVD player, and a stereo system are, of course, included. The open kitchen offers you a large dining table with 4 seats, and naturally, all kitchen appliances as well as a washing machine are available. Upstairs you will find two generously sized bedrooms, each with a double bed and 2 single beds, the bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as a separate toilet. Numerous games and toys as well as many (picture) books are available for your children. In our well-kept 4,000 sqm fully fenced orchard and farmhouse garden, two- and four-legged guests feel at home in every season.

Location and surroundings of object
Alt-Teterin is a village of 60 souls in the vastness of Pomerania, a few kilometers from the Hanseatic city of Anklam. Anyone who loves nature, wants to distance themselves from everyday life and daily hustle and bustle, and wishes to relax in wonderful peace and quiet, is exactly right here.
Long walks, bicycle tours, but also excursions by canoe on the Peene River a few kilometers away offer active relaxation. The Peene is one of the last unspoiled rivers in Central Europe, with large parts of its banks under nature protection, so that you can observe beavers, white-tailed eagles, cormorants, and red deer here.
A hike through the “Anklamer Stadtbruch” nature reserve, a raised bog landscape with many rare animal species, is also an experience. You can reach the Szczecin Lagoon and the seaside resorts of Ueckermünde and Mönkebude in about 30 minutes. Those who love the open sea drive about 45 minutes to dreamlike sandy beaches and the beautiful seaside resorts of the island of Usedom.
Numerous castles and manor houses also invite you to explore: such as the historic water castle in Müggenburg just 2 kilometers away, the former fortress Spantekow, the water castle in Quilow, as well as Ducherow Castle.
