The vacation house on the square meter property is located next to a forest and suitable for 4-6 persons. It is near Usedom, 4 km away from the Stettiner Haff, and close to the beautiful nature reserve, situated in idyllic peace. The house was extensively restored a few years ago with ecological considerations in mind. The former barn was also reconstructed in half-timbered construction. 4-6 people can comfortably stay there. There are also many possibilities for children. In the garden there is a sauna, a swing, a treehouse, and a sandbox. 1 children's bike, 1 youth, and 5 adult bikes are available and can be rented for a fee (Euro 15.00/week). Additional recreational activities are available in the nearby area.

In the district of Bugewitz-Gut, only a dozen friendly people live who are open to visitors. Here, there is relaxation and nature at its purest. The region of the Szczecin Lagoon is particularly worth seeing for those interested in soft tourism, who are particularly connected to nature, or want to be actively relaxed. The small place Bugewitz-Gut has not lost its original charm. The village is located in the middle of a beautiful nature reserve right on the edge of a forest. To the Stettiner Haff and Usedom, it is only a few kilometers. The famous Europaradweg passes directly by Bugewitz-Gut. Nestled among meadows, not far from the Haff, lies an old farming village and, as in Uckermark, Oderbruch or Prignitz, there are people who have moved to the village from all over.
It is just a stone's throw to Usedom and Poland, the air already smells of fishing nets and still of the fields surrounding the village. Bugewitz, that's 330 souls behind the dike, spread across several districts. It's flat, wide land under the vast sky.
In Bugewitz there is a pub with a large hall where regular, very demanding cultural events take place. Cinema, concerts, readings, and children's theater have since enriched the flat meadowland. Great musicians and people are drawn to the village to create wonderful moments with the audience, moments that possess strength and warmth for the long winter on the then quiet countryside.

The house is a semi-detached house that was extensively restored a few years ago with ecological aspects in mind. The former stable was rebuilt using half-timbered construction. Families in particular will feel very comfortable here, as the children can play carefree due to the quiet location. For our young guests, there is a swing, a treehouse, and a sandbox in the garden. Bicycles are available. There are more recreational opportunities in the nearby area. Here you will find relaxation and pure nature.

Individual Holiday Home
A vacation home that stands out with an individual touch. Arrive, unpack, and the holiday can begin. Everything you need is available, and it is simply and effortlessly refilled and replaced as needed.
The usually annoying "I’m going to a vacation home and packing my kitchen" is completely eliminated! We have personally never experienced this in any other holiday accommodation. The landscape, the tranquility, and the associated relaxation factor simply cannot be categorized. You have to like it; then it makes you want to return again and again! We are repeat bookers and now know this house and the landscape in every season. It is always something special!

I live in Berlin and have two wonderful daughters who spent a lot of their childhood in Bugewitz. I work freelance as an author and director and dub foreign films into German. I acquired the house in the 90s, after it had been dormant for several years. Then I turned it into what it is today with a lot of DIY, but also some help. When time permits, I like to be there, and many guests have always felt comfortable.
