Experience an unforgettable holiday at the Mallorcan Finca Mariella near Pollenca, a very well-maintained holiday home offering high comfort and modern amenities across 150 square meters of living space.
This idyllically located holiday home can accommodate up to 8 guests (max. 6 adults and 2 children) and features four cozy bedrooms with air conditioning, as well as three modern bathrooms.
Finca Mariella impresses with a variety of amenities that make your stay both relaxing and comfortable. These include a very well-kept garden with orange and lemon trees and a view of the mountains of the La Victoria peninsula.
Enjoy the fresh air in the garden and by the pool, or relax on the spacious terrace, which invites you to linger.
Culinary highlights are provided by the generously equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, as well as the modern indoor kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, etc.
The spacious living area with fireplace and air conditioning offers plenty of space for shared moments, whether watching TV or enjoying a game night together.
On the ground floor are the living room with satellite TV and large dining table, the modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, as well as a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs are four bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers.
The bedroom with double bed has its own balcony with a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape.
Two further bedrooms have single beds pushed together.
The fourth bedroom is a children's room with two single beds, one of which is extendable.
All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, which operates on a timer.
The highlight of the finca is undoubtedly the private swimming pool with Roman steps / stone steps, surrounded by a lovingly maintained outdoor area equipped with comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers.
For guests arriving by car, a parking space is available.
Families with small children are also very well catered for: a cot and a high chair can be provided on request.
Further amenities include a TV with satellite reception, a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, an iron, and a hairdryer.
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the finca (only in the outdoor area).
Whether you want to spend relaxing days by the pool or explore the surrounding landscape, Finca Mariella is the perfect starting point for various activities in the picturesque surroundings of Pollenca and the rest of the island.

Very beautiful finca
The finca is super suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. It is very well equipped, clean, and the landlords were very helpful.
Above all, we were thrilled with the outdoor kitchen; we cooked exclusively outside.

Mariella Farm
We were as a family at the Finca Mariella over Easter. We liked it very much. The Finca is well equipped and the location is beautiful. The contact with the agency and also with the landlords on site was very good. We would love to come back.
