This stylish L-shaped villa at MarinaPark Beach Resort Soal combines comfort, space, and a wonderful outdoor experience. With a sunny garden and two en-suite bedrooms, this is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday – whether alone or with the family.

Light, luxurious, and private space
The 70 m² villa features a cozy living room with plenty of natural light, a sitting area with a TV, a large dining table, and a modern open-plan kitchen with a cooking island, combination oven, dishwasher, and induction cooktop with integrated extractor fan.

There are two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. A separate toilet provides added convenience.

Enjoy the garden
Whether you want to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or relax outside in the evening, the garden with its terrace and dining table always offers a pleasant spot. Here you can enjoy the outdoors in peace.

Sustainable and complete
This villa is fully electric and equipped with solar panels, a heat pump, and a private parking space. And great: pets are welcome, so you can even bring your dog on holiday.

MarinaPark Beach Resort Soal is located directly on the IJsselmeer and offers everything for a carefree holiday: a marina, beach, supermarket, playgrounds, sports field, and cozy restaurants.
