Thanks to the tall windows, the 70 m² home feels wonderfully light and spacious. The inviting living room features a comfortable seating area with a TV, a large dining table, and a modern open-plan kitchen with a combination oven, dishwasher, and induction cooktop with integrated extractor fan. The comfortable bedroom has box-spring beds and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. There is also a separate toilet.

Enjoy the outdoors

The villa boasts a sunny garden with a dining table – the perfect place for a relaxing morning with coffee or a long evening spent dining al fresco.

Sustainable and complete

Fully electric, equipped with a heat pump, solar panels, and a private parking space. Pets are welcome, so your four-legged friend can also come along on holiday.
