Great holiday home

We (2 people + dog) spent 10 days in the holiday home Küstenglück and can only recommend it. The handling and communication were uncomplicated, the house is very tastefully and cozily furnished. The location is quiet and the beach is within walking distance. The holiday complex also resembles more of a single-family home neighborhood and is very generously designed. The equipment of the house was very good, we lacked nothing. As a welcome, we received a bottle of wine, and for Tommy, a toy ♥️ Tommy loved playing in the garden while we chilled on the terrace. If it hadn't been so hot, we would have definitely liked to use the sauna as well. We'll save that for next time - we would love to come back.

Relaxed vacation

We booked a great accommodation with the Schmitz family and got everything just as it was described! Nothing was missing, and our dog also felt very comfortable. The garden was visually top-notch and well-equipped, including the fence. The barrel sauna was also used, highly recommended. We slept very well in the comfortable beds. The landlords were very nice, and we can highly recommend the Küstenglück house to anyone as a holiday accommodation.

Holiday home Küstenglück - a real stroke of luck

The name says it all: With the booking of the holiday home Küstenglück, we made a true stroke of luck. A modern holiday home, high-quality and furnished with great attention to detail. The amenities left nothing to be desired; everything was truly thought of. As dog owners, we particularly appreciated the terrace with the fenced garden and the proximity of the park to the beach. We were able to relax and felt completely at ease. We would love to come back.

Almost like coming home

In short, the description says it all. The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. There were some minor initial difficulties, but these were resolved within a few hours. Communication with the Schmitz family worked perfectly.

The amenities leave nothing to be desired; everything needed for a short relaxing vacation was available. Even a small dog bed, food and water bowls, as well as bags were provided.
We would love to come back.

Restful Days

I had a very nice and relaxing time in the holiday home. Everything has been thought of. The furnishings are very stylish and high-quality, it's a great place to unwind ☺️. The contact with the landlords is super quick, nice, and helpful.

All-Inclusive Package for a Relaxed Vacation

Dear Schmitz family,
once again, a heartfelt thank you for this wonderful accommodation. We have rarely had such a lovingly furnished holiday home as yours. Nothing was missing, really nothing at all. Emergency rations of dog food, poop bags (I love this Dutch word for our bulky "dog waste bags" ?), board games, a hairdryer, a great kitchen setup, the fenced garden, and much more were all available. We found a spotless house in a like-new and well-maintained condition, and we and our dogs felt at home from the very first second.
We have been convinced Zeeland vacationers since 1987! but due to the exploded tourism industry there, we were no longer happy recently.
We are all the more enthusiastic about the authenticity of North Holland; we encountered nothing but open and friendly Dutch people who still live their culture and national customs. We haven't seen that in "our" corner of Zeeland for a long time. ?
Free parking at the beach almost blew our minds. We could hardly believe it!
And the house was the icing on the cake of our completely relaxed vacation.
Long story short: we're coming back in October. It's booked!

Beautiful holiday home

We were with our Ludwig (Cane Corso) from March 30 to April 3, 2026, in the holiday home of the Schmitz family.

It was a very relaxing vacation and the furnishings were top-notch. The Schmitz family made sure with many nice little touches that we could really unwind. For example, there was coffee and tea available right away, spices, and if you forgot anything for the dog, bowls, food, and a basket were on site.
The location was near the Park Center and the beach. We were able to hike a lot and enjoy the sea.

The fenced garden and the sauna rounded off the vacation.

Thank you very much, Schmitz family, for this great vacation.

Dreamlike, absolutely recommendable, pure relaxation,

We were in Coastal Happiness for 8 days this month. Absolutely clean, mega tastefully furnished, nothing is missing at all. There was even a bottle of welcome wine on the dining table, dog food just in case. At no point did the Schmitz family skimp, extremely friendly, helpful, and generous, great location...... We missed nothing and are going back to Coastal Happiness in March. Even our dog felt comfortable, 10 out of 10 points.
