The urbanization is situated in a UNESCO-protected nature reserve in the hills above Marbella-Elviria, ten minutes by car from the village of Elviria with shops, banks, restaurants, and the beautiful sandy beach with various establishments including the famous Nikki Beach. The complex is about 40 minutes from Malaga airport and offers a fantastic view over the coast and the Mediterranean Sea. The tastefully furnished apartment consists of:

*Spacious master bedroom with a comfortable 180x200 box spring bed with Swiss Sense mattresses (November 2023), built-in wardrobes

*Fully equipped open kitchen with (built-in) appliances including a ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc. There is ample crockery and kitchenware available.
*Utility room with washing machine, ironing board, drying rack, and safe.
*Large terrace with lounge set, dining area, sunbeds, and an electric sunshade. From the terrace you have a view of the Mediterranean Sea and the UNESCO-protected nature reserve La Mairena.
From the garden you walk to the swimming pool, which is located 25 meters away. In the garden around the pool there are sunbeds, tables, parasols, outdoor showers, and toilets. The apartment further offers you the following amenities and facilities:

- All rooms are connected to a centrally regulated air conditioning system (cooling and heating).
- A private parking space in the secured parking lot at the complex.
