Visit the Willibald Chapel directly behind our house. Relax on the bench under the nearly 400-year-old lime trees. You have a wide view, and in good weather, the Alpine panorama reveals itself to you. In the fully equipped kitchenette you will find everything you need to prepare your meals, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and a kettle. In the cozy dining area in the bay window you can enjoy your meals.
In our living room with a comfortable couch and an electric fireplace, you can really make yourself comfortable. For our youngest guests, a crib and a high chair are available. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment in order to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.

Here is the translation to English: Things happen, and it can never be ruled out that a vacation cannot be taken. Therefore, we definitely recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. In the event of cancellation, we charge the following cancellation fees: 1. In the case of cancellation up to 180 days before arrival, there are no cancellation fees. 2. In the case of cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental: 20% of the total amount. 3. In the case of cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental: 50% of the total amount. After receiving the cancellation, we will immediately make the holiday apartment available for rebooking. If a successful rebooking occurs, we will charge a 20% cancellation fee. 4. In the case of cancellation after the 30th day before the start of the rental: 90% of the total amount.

Summer vacation
We felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment; everything has really been thought of and is available. The terrace and garden could also be used on bad weather days thanks to the roof over the terrace, allowing views of the cute running ducks. Due to the location on the edge of the village, we could start our dog walks and hikes directly from the house. We liked the location both in the village and the surroundings, and we would come back anytime!
