The cozy holiday home with lots of privacy is located on a hill in a beautiful panoramic position, on the edge of the forest in the quiet Tuscan countryside, with views of olive trees, oleanders, rows of cypresses, and medieval villages. Interior:
The property in a secluded location consists of two identical apartments, each with 60 m² of living space, ideally for a maximum of 8 people.
In each apartment, the ground floor features a spacious living-dining room with an integrated and well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
In one apartment, 8 people can sit comfortably at the dining table; the other apartment has a smaller dining table and a large sofa. Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning, fireplace, and television (smart TV, with key for Netflix and Amazon Prime).
From the large living room, both apartments have direct access to the shaded, covered terrace. And via a wooden staircase, you reach the spacious attic. Here there is a bedroom with two single beds and another single bed.
Outdoor area:
The covered terrace is furnished with tables and chairs. Here, guests can enjoy their meals outdoors, which they have prepared on the nearby brick garden grill.
From here, there is a magnificent view of the Tuscan landscape and the 1,000 m² garden with pool (with integrated whirlpool and romantic lighting, size: 6.88m x 11.31m; 0.2m to 1.50m deep), equipped with deck chairs, sun umbrellas, and outdoor shower.
There are ample parking spaces on the property.

Detailed description of the location:
The charming holiday home is located in the heart of Tuscany between Siena, Grosseto, Follonica, and San Gimignano.
In the nearest village, Sasso d'Ombrone, which can be reached on foot (1 km), there is a small grocery store, a bar, and the post office. A very good restaurant is located 6 km from the house in Paganico.
Further services can also be found in Paganico (5 minutes by car away). The beautiful natural beach of Marina di Alberese (45 minutes by car) with its finest sand lies in the middle of the nature reserve "Parco Regionale della Maremma".
A visit to the “Tarot Garden” by Niki de Saint Phalle in Capalbio (85 km), with its fascinating, partly walk-in giant figures in the midst of wonderful natural scenery, is also highly recommended.

The holiday home exceeded all our expectations.
We have been vacationing in Tuscany for many years, and we can say this holiday home has pleased us very much in comparison.
You rarely find so much space and privacy at this price.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Nothing was missing.
A car is absolutely necessary, as the holiday home is somewhat off the beaten path.
A paradise for dogs and their owners!
