The cozy holiday home with plenty of privacy is located on a hill in a beautiful panoramic setting, at the edge of the forest in the midst of the quiet Tuscan countryside, overlooking olive trees, oleanders, rows of cypresses, and medieval villages.
Interior:
The secluded property consists of two identical apartments, each with 60 m² of living space, ideally for a maximum of 8 people. In each apartment, the spacious living-dining room with an integrated and well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower are located on the ground floor.
In one apartment, 8 people can sit comfortably at the dining table; the other apartment has a smaller dining table and a large sofa.
Both apartments are equipped with a fireplace, television (smart TV, with key for Netflix and Amazon Prime), and air conditioning. From the large living room, both apartments have direct access to the shaded, covered terrace. And via a wooden staircase, you reach the spacious attic. Here there is a bedroom with two single beds and another single bed.
Outdoor area:
The covered terrace is equipped with tables and chairs. Here, guests can enjoy their meals outdoors, which they have prepared on the nearby built-in garden grill. From here you have a magnificent view of the Tuscan landscape and the 1000 m² garden with pool (with integrated whirlpool and romantic lighting, size: 6.88m x 11.31m; 0.2m to 1.50m deep), equipped with deck chairs, sun umbrellas, and outdoor shower.
There are ample parking spaces on the property. The access to the house is via an unpaved road, which can be easily driven on with normal vehicles, but is not so suitable for lowered cars.
Up to 4 dogs are welcome (please inform us before booking).
The holiday home is perfectly suited for wedding celebrations for 10 people indoors or 30 people in the garden.
Please note:
The holiday home is only rented exclusively. This means the entire house, the garden, and the pool are available for the exclusive use of the guests.
Normally, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. If you wish to book differently, please ask.

The beautiful natural beach of Marina di Alberese (45 minutes by car) with the finest sand lies in the middle of the nature reserve "Parco Regionale della Maremma." A visit to the “Tarot Garden” by Niki de Saint Phalle in Capalbio (85 km) with its fascinating, partly walk-in giant figures, set in the wonderful natural landscape, is also highly recommended.
For guests interested in sports, there are many options such as tennis, golf, mountain biking, fishing, etc.
