You rent the entire holiday house. The garden and the pool are available for the exclusive use of guests. No other people live on the property.
Just a few meters from the medieval village of Sasso d'Ombrone and away from the tourist crowds, the natural stone country house, lovingly renovated, stands in a paradisiacal location.
You arrive and feel as if you are in another world, cut off from the hustle and bustle, everyday life, and civilization. Surrounded by a Mediterranean romantic garden with a wonderful panoramic view of hills with olive groves and forests. Pure Tuscany feeling.

Nestled in the idyllic landscape, which has largely preserved its original character, surrounded by olive groves, the two-story holiday home is situated at an altitude of 160 meters, a true oasis for peace and relaxation. Interior:
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a small bathroom (toilet, washbasin, shower), the kitchen and the living room with several exits to the covered terrace or the garden.
The upper floor can be reached via a separate entrance. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bright bathroom (2 windows, toilet, bidet, washbasin, shower).
There is air conditioning in the kitchen and in the upstairs bedroom. Outdoor area:
Guests will find plenty of peace and relaxation in the well-kept, Mediterranean garden (800 m²), which they can use entirely on their own. Here you will also find the private swimming pool (7.4x3.6 m; pool depth 1.20 m) and the sunbathing area with its fantastic view of the surrounding hills covered with olive trees.
Directly in front of the house, in front of the living room, there is a large panoramic terrace with a pergola providing shade. Here, guests can sit together comfortably and enjoy meals outdoors that they have previously prepared on the grill.
There are 2 uncovered parking spaces available to guests on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
This charming rustico is located in the heart of Tuscany between Siena, Grosseto, Follonica and San Gimignano.
The nearest village, Sasso d'Ombrone, is within walking distance and has a small grocery shop, a bar and a post office. A very good restaurant is located 6 km from the house.
More services can be found in Paganico (5 minutes by car).
The beautiful natural beach of Marina di Alberese (40 minutes by car) with the finest sand lies in the middle of the nature reserve "Parco Regionale della Maremma". What makes this beach so special are the kilometres of sparsely frequented sandy beaches and the driftwood washed up on the shore, which can be used to build wonderful huts and shade structures.
Another stop for exploring the province is Grosseto (30 minutes by car), with its historic old town, which is surrounded by a hexagonal city wall dating back to the 16th century and dominated by the imposing Medici fortress.
We also highly recommend a visit to Niki de Saint Phalle's "Tarot Garden" with its fascinating giant figures, some of which you can walk through, in the middle of a wonderful natural landscape.
For guests interested in sports, there are many options such as tennis, golf, mountain biking, fishing, etc.
Of course, there are also walks in the nature reserve and day trips to the neighbouring cultural cities.
