Discover your perfect holiday home in Brandenburg/OT Plaue – the charming Pittis Häuschen 5! This cozy holiday home (mobile home) offers 45 square meters of space for up to 4 guests. It has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate WC, ideal for larger families. Please pay attention to the bed size (which is unfortunately often overlooked) of this mobile home and check the photo gallery.
Our mobile home is especially suitable for families with 2 children. For families with small children, it may be possible to accommodate 2 adults with up to 4 small children. Please pay close attention to the bed size, which is why no more than 2 adults are accepted. We ask that all inquiries be made in writing, including an email address. We do not rent to tradespeople or to unaccompanied minors. Please always provide all persons (names of adults & ages of children) as required by registration law. Foreign guests must fill out a registration form.

The house features a complete interior design, with a combination of modern and rustic elements. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, coffee machine, and kettle, perfect for self-catering. The dining area next to the kitchen offers enough space for shared meals. There is a TV corner for relaxing hours with various toys available.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin, and a hairdryer, and there is also a separate guest WC.
The terrace with garden furniture is the perfect place for breakfast outdoors or to enjoy the evening sun. A large parking lot for all guests of the campsite is located directly behind our holiday homes and is freely available.

With our total of 5 Pittis Häuschen, you can enjoy a relaxing and restful holiday at the campsite without your own caravan/motorhome or tent.
Washing machine, dryer, and Wi-Fi can be rented for a fee through the campsite; bicycles and pedal boats as well. The Italian restaurant directly next to the reception is open every day during the season from April to October, both for lunch, for coffee with homemade ice cream, and also for the evening with Italian dishes. Fresh bread rolls can be ordered at the restaurant one day in advance and are ready for pick-up between 8:00-9:30 am on the collection day. It is recommended to inquire in advance in which months or weeks this is possible. We ourselves have no influence on this.
If guests arrive with a boat, this must be clarified in advance with the marina, as it does not belong to the campsite and operates independently. Trailer spaces should also be arranged in advance. Normally, we provide one parking space per house free of charge. Cars cannot be parked directly at the house, as there is unfortunately no space. However, there is a large parking lot opposite our holiday homes, available without assigned spaces. At each rented house, a canoe, kayak, or paddleboard can be stored. Please, no motorboats. A small beach is about 100m away. The main beach of the campsite is located at the entrance opposite the reception.

Our total of 4 small cottages can be viewed, and you are welcome to see which cottage suits you best and is available for your desired period.
The Plaue campsite describes itself as a nature campsite, far from the noise of the big city and in a secluded location directly on Lake Plauer. The site is located outside of Plaue towards Brandenburg, formerly Margarethenhof. Lake Plauer, along with many other small lakes, belongs to the Havelland with its beautiful fauna and flora. From the water, the Havelland can be experienced from a completely different and special perspective.
The city of Brandenburg is about 8 km away and Plaue about 3 km. Since the site itself does not have a shopping facility, purchases must be made in advance or the surrounding towns visited.
There is an Italian restaurant on the site with a good menu, which is open continuously during the season from April to October. The Plauer fisherman can be reached from the back exit of the site in a 10-minute walk. He offers fresh fish for sale every Friday and Saturday or the opportunity to try the fish right there with a small outdoor terrace and lunch menu. Otherwise, you can also find the fishermen in Plaue with their shops.
For leisure fun, there is a volleyball court, table tennis tables, trampolines, and a small playground for the little ones on the campsite. We expressly recommend bringing closed bathing shoes because of sharp shells and stones. Unfortunately, there are injuries every year if no shoes are worn.
For pampering, a massage or foot care can be booked by appointment, for which a small massage salon is available on the site. Price lists for this are available in the houses with a phone number for making an appointment.

Here is the translation to English: **Cancellation by the Tenant:** The cancellation of the booking must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees may be charged: - Up to 30 days before arrival: 25% of the rental price; - 29–14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price; - 13–7 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price; - From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the rental price. **House Rules:** The house rules are available in the holiday homes and are part of the rental agreement and must be observed. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. A complete address is required for a booking.

Starting in 2027, we will introduce a fair-use electricity quota. The rental price already includes a very generous electricity quota of 18kWh per day. This quota is fully sufficient for normal use. Should consumption exceed this amount (e.g. due to brought electrical devices or continuous 24-hour cooling), we will charge each additional kWh fairly and transparently at €0.50 via the deposit. To avoid errors in bookings, we ask that all inquiries be made in writing. We will not answer telephone inquiries or WhatsApp messages, as we cannot assume any guarantee. Only in this way can we avoid double bookings or vacancies and protect ourselves from dubious inquiries. Ultimately, this serves all guests who plan their vacation with us. We are private landlords on a campsite and only our guests are allowed to use our houses, outdoor facilities, and inventory. Please note for group bookings, e.g. if guests have booked via the campsite. Subletting is excluded. Persons who have not booked with us are not allowed to stay overnight. All overnight guests must be registered. Quiet hours must be observed. Our holiday homes are intended for individual tourists and families. Bookings from groups who book more than 2 houses are not permitted, in order to ensure relaxation and peace. We are not a party location and we expressly ask guests to observe the night quiet. A punctual handover on the day of arrival must take place properly. If you have read all the information, including about the facilities, location, prices with minimum stays, and have viewed the pictures, then essentially all preliminary information is available. With your booking you will again receive the exact cancellation conditions and directions to our houses. Please note the arrival and departure days with times, the occupancy per house, the room size, bed size, and that only one dog is allowed per house. No other pets. The price calculator always shows the final prices as soon as all persons are entered (adults with names, children with age). According to the accommodation law, foreign guests must fill out a registration form upon arrival. Upon arrival, an ID document may be required from all arriving guests to exclude false addresses. No commission is charged by our provider. As we are a private business, no long-term contracts are concluded. We reserve the right to close our holiday homes at any time. For this reason, new prices are always set only after the end of the season for the new season. This usually happens in November, as soon as we have received the final statements from the campsite and we also know the new prices for additional costs. Booking confirmations are always sent out in the current season year, starting in January, so that a season can be completed. Inquiries and reservation requests are welcome. We process everything in order, should there be duplicate requests. We do not guarantee price guarantees for subsequent years and renovation work may also result in houses being closed for a certain period or remaining closed. From 2027, our house no. 1 will be closed and our houses 2 and 3 will be renovated. This may lead to shifts that we cannot yet foresee.
