Vila Porto Bus Beachside is located in a Mediterranean environment near the small town of Bale in Istria, and is an ideal option for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation in a natural setting, just a few meters away from the sea. The villa can host up to 4 adults and 2 children.

The main area of the villa consists of a living room, a modern kitchen with all the essentials for a quick breakfast or a Mediterranean-style lunch, and a large kitchen island with a sink that also doubles as a dining table for four guests. The material choices and interior design of the villa exude luxury in every corner.

Guests can enjoy two large bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms are spacious and include a shower cabin, two sinks, and a hair dryer to provide the utmost comfort to guests. A separate laundry area is also available, equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

The courtyard of the villa, accessible from the living room and each bedroom, is equipped with garden furniture and is the perfect place for relaxation. A 26 m2 outdoor heated pool with comfortable sun loungers is also available for guests to soak up the sun. If you wish to spend time surrounded by nature, you can relax in the garden with a total area of 1000 m2, which provides plenty of space for children to play freely.

If you want to take a swim in the sea, a pebble beach is located just 100 meters from the villa. There are also parking spaces available on-site for your vehicle, and for an active vacation, bicycles are available for rent, as well as a children's playground and a mini-golf course. The nearby town of Bale offers a range of facilities, such as restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Pula airport is just 31 km away from the villa.
