Enjoy your vacation in this newly built chalet in Inzell – ideal for families and guests seeking peace and nature. The house features a private outdoor pool (open from May to September, weather permitting) and a private sauna – perfect for relaxing after an active day in nature. Spend peaceful summer evenings on the spacious terrace with direct views of the Chiemgau Alps. The chalet is situated in a quiet location near the spa town of Inzell, surrounded by the beautiful Chiemgau and Berchtesgaden Alps. Hiking trails, bike paths, and mountain lakes begin right at the doorstep. In winter, you have direct access to cross-country ski trails and nearby ski resorts such as Kesselalm and Winklmoos-Steinplatte. The Max Aicher Arena with its ice rink is also located in the town. Please note: Our chalet is designed for relaxation – bookings for party groups or youth groups are not possible.

From April to October, we are happy to provide a charcoal grill at the chalets. Please bring your own charcoal. We would also kindly ask you to clean the grill before your departure.

Please inform the host if you require a crib.

Der Pool sollte beheizbar sein und die Kaffeemaschine ist für die Größe des Hauses zu klein! Des Weiteren wäre mehr Toilettenpapier gut und für die Sauna ein Duftstoffe oder sowas in der Art! Grundsätzlich eine gute Lage! Aber gerade bei dem Aufgerufen Preis ohne Kamin hätten wir etwas mehr erwartet! Und das man den Pool garnicht nutzen kann außer zur Abkühlung nach der Sauna war auch sehr schade!

The house is very nice, but unfortunately the kitchen equipment is not suited to the size of the house. It is silly to have a coffee machine/capsule machine that is far too small in a house for 6 people. Unfortunately, there is no real privacy since the houses are built very close to each other. A small privacy screen would help a lot.

Absolute catastrophe. Do not book through Belvilla!!! We received the wrong house and to this day no solution has been found. Our vacation has already ended. I have written to Belvilla multiple times. Only after inquiring again did someone finally respond. I spoke with the owner of the chalet, she told me that she had informed them at the time (when booking through Belvilla) that she had no house available for us. Belvilla assured us that they would inform us about this situation, this has not happened to this day. We have paid over €4000. This is an absolute outrage and a scam. It was supposed to be a great family vacation. It was not so!!! Never again!!!
