The large building offers exclusivity and comfort, while the expansive balcony allows you to enjoy the panoramic mountain views, especially at sunset.
Situated 650 meters above sea level, the location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. The area is renowned for its sunny valley, picturesque mountain meadows, and scenic mountain lakes, making it ideal for hiking and cycling. In winter, the region offers excellent ice skating and skiing opportunities. The Max Aicher Arena, located in the village, provides a 400m speed skating rink and an indoor ice hockey field. For skiing, the Kesselalm lifts in Inzell and Pommernlift in Adlgaß are nearby, with additional ski areas such as Kaltenbach, Winklmoos Steinplatte, and Lofer also within reach.
The surrounding area offers a wealth of activities for nature lovers and families alike. With the Chiemsee, Königssee, and Waginger See close by, there are plenty of opportunities for boating and sightseeing. The price for the holiday apartment is way too high. 11 nights for €3180 is absolutely too much. The whirlpool bathtub was only partially usable because a hot-cold water control knob was missing. The landlord gave us a pair of pliers. On vacation, in a holiday apartment, I should not have to use pliers to regulate hot and cold water; the knob should be there and functioning. Even with the pliers, it did not work properly. Dishes were not well cleaned, glasses, plates, and cutlery. Under the skylights on the concrete ledge lay dead flies and wasps. Otherwise, the apartment is nice and well-maintained, the sauna is good, works well, and has its expected pleasant effect.
