Description

It is a simple, yet fully equipped holiday home for four people/family. For an additional fee, a fifth guest can stay in the basement. A second bathroom is available in the basement.

The holiday home has a large bedroom with a double bed and a second small bedroom with two narrow single beds (70 cm wide). Through a spacious hallway you reach the bathroom with a bathtub (shower in the tub). In the living room you will find French doors leading to a generous sun terrace.

Location and surroundings of object

Ohlenhard is a quiet, small community in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The immediate surroundings invite you to go hiking at any time of year. Cyclists must take the differences in elevation into account. There is a lot of nature, culture, and history in the immediate area. Beautiful cities like Trier and Monschau are about an hour away by car. Luxembourg is also about an hour and a half away. In the surrounding area there are numerous sports opportunities such as a golf course, a swimming pool, and a recreational lake (Freilinger See, 9 km). The Nürburgring is not far away, and cross-country skiing and skiing are possible at a reasonable distance (Hohe Acht).

It is a quiet, small village where you will find nothing but peace and nature. In the next village there is a very well-stocked and inexpensive village shop. Fresh bread rolls are available here. The store has long opening hours, as it is operated as a self-service store. Next door there is a gas station.

Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation Terms: If cancelled from the time of booking up to 60 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period, the deposit (30% of the rental price) will be refunded to the tenant. Costs for cancellation from 60 days (inclusive) up to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price + 50 euros administration fee. This means: the deposit (30% of the rental price) minus 10% of the rental price, minus 50 euros administration fee will be refunded to the tenant. Costs for cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) up to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price + 50 euros administration fee. This means: the deposit (30% of the rental price) minus 20% of the rental price, minus 50 euros administration fee will be refunded to the tenant. Costs for cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price (being the deposit) + 50 euros administration fee. This means: the deposit (30% of the rental price) + 50 euros administration fee will be retained by the landlord. If the tenant indicates on the day of commencement of the rental period or during the rental period that they will not (or no longer) make use of the rented property, the tenant remains liable for the full rental price + 50 euros administration fee. No refund will be made.

additional information:

The deposit of €250 will be refunded within 14 days after departure, provided that no damage to the rented object is found. Outstanding costs will be deducted from the deposit.
