The listed house at Dorfstraße 19 is a lovingly renovated half-timbered house. The former servants' row house belonged to the Melz estate and was built around 1750. Since its renovation from 2011 to 2014, the building has been rented out as a holiday home. As a private holiday home, it is comprehensively equipped. An ideal meeting place for large families and friends who want to experience unforgettable moments together. The over 70m² large kitchen-living room with a 5-burner stove, 80cm oven, and a dining table for up to 14 people offers space for cooking and eating. There are currently beds for up to 15 guests: 4 cozy bedrooms with double beds, 1 walk-through room with 2 single beds, and a children's room with a bunk bed, double bed, and single bed. The living room is not used as a bedroom. There are currently two modernly equipped bathrooms, as well as a separate toilet on the ground floor. The Melz holiday home is perfectly equipped for a relaxing family vacation. Enjoy the peace and comfort of the large garden, ideal for children to play or for relaxed barbecue evenings at the fire bowl. A spacious terrace with two seating areas invites you to linger together. Up to three vehicles can be safely parked in the driveway without obstructing the open view of the horizon. For electric car owners, a wallbox is available. Inside, a powerful fireplace provides cozy warmth and a homely atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and extractor hood leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, a washing machine, an iron, and a hairdryer are at your disposal. For the little guests, two high chairs are available. You will find relaxation in the living area, which is equipped with a television, DVD player, hi-fi system, and radio. Free Wi-Fi ensures that you stay connected even on vacation.
