Description
The holiday home for max. 4 persons is located on the edge of a small village with approx. 20 inhabitants directly at the nature reserve lake. From the large windows you have a wonderful view of the fields and forests. You occupy the property alone, it is completely fenced in so that your children or even your dog can move around freely here without being disturbed. Every room has a window with an insect screen and smoke detectors are installed. On the south-facing outdoor area you can unwind and enjoy the wide, undisturbed view of the landscape of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The south-facing terrace is equipped with a sunshade, 4 loungers and a barbecue. You have a fantastic view from the pavilion, with seating group, into the fantastic Müritz nature. Another seating group is located under an old spruce tree and could become your regular place. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 hotplates, microwave with grill and oven, refrigerator, small dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg boiler and of course cooking and eating utensils. The bright living area with leather seating area, flat screen satellite TV has a beautiful view to the outside. One bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe with a great view of the countryside. The second bedroom has a stable bunk bed (90x200 cm), wardrobe and sunshade/darkening blind. The bathroom has a window and steam vent to the outside. A rotary dryer is available outside. Location and surroundings of object
The small settlement with 13 residential buildings belongs to the historic village of Wredenhagen and is located on the southern shore of the idyllic Mönch Lake. Your physical well-being is also catered for nearby. The Dorfkrug in Kieve, approx. 3 km away, is highly praised by holidaymakers and locals for its delicious Müritz fish dishes. The Cafe-Scheune, about 2 km away, offers tasty cakes and well-kept beers and wines as well as many curiosities from old Mecklenburg times. The town of Röbel-Müritz is about 10 km from the holiday homes. Here you will find many small shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and doctors. Only 150 m from the holiday home you have a wonderful view of Lake Mönchsee from an observation tower and can watch the osprey hunting, wild geese, kingfishers, rare species of ducks and birds. The lake is a nature reserve because of its importance as a breeding and refuge area for many rare animal species. Mönchshof is located in a dead-end street from a traffic point of view, and from here you can only continue along field and forest paths. A huge forest begins about 300 m behind the holiday home, ideal for cycling, hiking and jogging. An idyllic forest lake with a spring and so far excellent water quality is only about 6 km away. The lake is ideal for swimming, windsurfing and fishing. The sandy bathing area of the forest lake has a gently sloping water depth On the eastern shore of the lake you will find several idyllic bathing spots. There is also a small boat rental at the lake. The nearest fishing opportunity is at the outlet of the Mönchsees about 300 m from the holiday home. Cranes and wild geese like to take a break in autumn to feed in the field next to the holiday home. In spring, a pair of cranes has been nesting nearby for several years.
