Welcome to this fantastic accommodation with a hot tub, private bar, motorboat, and much more in Gräddö, Norrtälje! Experience summer in the Stockholm archipelago at beautiful Gräddö in this unique summer house with all the comforts and access to numerous activities! You'll stay on a lush green property featuring an orangery, hot tub, private bar, main house, and guest cottage. Perfect for those looking for that little something extra. The charming main house offers a lovely covered terrace, ideal for enjoying cozy dinners late into the summer evenings. There's a spacious and bright living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen (drinking water will be provided in containers – tap water should not be consumed). You'll sleep well in three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other two with bunk beds. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink. The remaining two beds are in the guest cottage, which features a 140 cm double bed – perfect for guests seeking a bit of privacy. Note: Tap water inside the house is not safe for drinking. Drinking water will be available in special containers indoors and can be refilled from an outdoor tap. The owner will show you how on-site. Outdoors, you’ll find a spacious wooden deck where you can relax in sun loungers, soak in the hot tub under the stars, and enjoy a refreshing drink in the enclosed bar area. Perfect for those who want to treat themselves to something extra during the holidays! Bicycles are available for you to borrow so you can ride down to the beach for a swim. Don’t miss the chance to take a boat ride on Infjärden – the owner will provide instructions and guidance. In the orangery, you’ll find additional seating next to homegrown vegetables, which you're welcome to harvest as long as they’re available! The Stockholm archipelago has something for everyone, no matter your interests! Explore various islands, beautiful swimming spots, local shops, and much more. A hot tip is to go on a safari at Samstorp Farm to see the animals and enjoy a great meal – you can even take the boat there if you’d like. Don’t miss Tina’s Handicrafts for a lovely souvenir. Just 10 minutes away by car is the popular Rådmansö Bakery Shop in Södersvik – well worth a visit! You can also head into central Norrtälje to stroll through quaint alleys and along the canal.
