A wonderful holiday home with a high, nice and private location on Rådmansö. Located north of Stockholm and about 15 km to Norrtälje. The cottage is located in a nice cottage area with a heated communal pool and a children's pool. The interior is bright and nice with an open plan between the kitchen and living room. There is a wood-burning stove that can be lit for cozy moments together on a chilly evening. Two bedrooms, one of which with a double bed is spacious. The other bedroom has a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Next to the cottage there is a guest cottage with bunk beds that may be suitable for older people who want some time to themselves during the holiday. The cottage is located on a nice hilly natural plot with trees at the corner. A wonderful terrace for those memorable summer evenings, good food, close company and easy-to-cook barbecue dinners, that's what you want for a pleasant relaxing holiday. Down the hill about 1km you have the common pool area with a pool for adults and a pool for children. Booking this cottage also gives a little extra joy as the owners work with development work in poor countries. There is some information on site about her work in Africa. With its many bays and lakes, Rådmansö has long been a favorite for well-to-do Stockholmers who long for peace and quiet, sun and swimming. During the summer there is a wide range of activities for the whole family. Driving distance to several nice beaches along the Baltic Sea coast. You have very good communications to all of Stockholm's nice attractions, by car it takes an hour, you can also take direct buses from Norrtälje. With the Stockholm Card you have both transport and entrances at a reasonable price. With the Åland ferry you can also put together a shopping cruise to Åland without any problems. Norrtälje has all the services and a picturesque city center with several interesting museums. The sea cannot be seen from the cottage.
