Your own oasis near the sea in the southern archipelago of Strömstad Welcome to your own little paradise with your own pool in a sunny, peaceful and natural environment where you can glimpse the sea through the pine forest. The family-friendly cottage with its large, generous balcony areas is located on Rävö just south of Strömstad. Here you live in a quiet and pleasant environment in a cottage area with the coastal forests, the sea and swimming opportunities all around. In the area there is a shared playground and football pitch for all kinds of ball games and games. Here you can hike in everything from straight-stemmed pine forests and sandy beaches to weather-exposed rock outcrops and pebble fields, a few kilometers away is Rossö with a nature reserve and also a national park, Kosterhavet National Park, one of Sweden's most species-rich areas. The cottage with both its city and seaside location is a perfect starting point for exploring Strömstad and the surrounding area. Here you come to a cottage that breathes all kinds of games and play, already at the entrance you are greeted by a table tennis table and floorball goal. Once inside you are struck by the open space where the hall turns into a large living room with comfortable seating, a wood-burning stove and dining table, a double door leads out onto the large terrace with a pool of 2.4x5 m depth 1.10. On the entrance floor there is also the cottage's kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher and high chair, here is also one of the cottage's 3 toilets. From the hall a staircase leads up to the second floor where there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with three single beds, a sleeping alcove with a 140 cm bed and a toilet, from the hall you reach a balcony with a sofa. In the basement is the cottage's games room with a pool table, comfortable sofa group and TV, a cozy place for family moments of games and play. The generously sized patio area that covers three sides of the cottage includes the pool as well as some under cover. Here there is a barbecue and summer furniture groups, a lovely place for swimming, sunbathing, cozy breakfasts or relaxing barbecue evenings where you can sit and discuss the day's adventures or plan tomorrow's excursions while the sun sets in the northwest. Borrow one of the cottage's bicycles and look around the area for berries or mushrooms or for a trip to the area's swimming spot. The cottage has WiFi connection. In Strömstad there is a large selection of activities, a rich restaurant scene, pleasant shopping in small shops that are located close to each other or why not just sit and enjoy all the boats in the harbor area. If you want to experience more islands and archipelago environments, there are several boat charters and bathing boat trips from the harbor in the center out to several archipelago islands such as Furholmen or the Koster Islands but also to neighboring Norway. It is also possible to rent a boat or kayak for your own explorations. For those interested in golf, there are several 18-hole courses in the area.
