The hotel Santa Clara is excellent, in a perfect spot, shame the pool wasn't open! We were not told this when we booked it so was disappointed to realize this. Our apartment was small but lovely. We had a couple of issues with chairs but was resolved quickly and shower door, same again was sorted straight away.. Think it could do with better outside furniture, we like to eat outside on the balcony but couldn't use the table because it only fits 2 cups on so we had to carry the dining table outside to enjoy outside dining. Overall we had a fantastic holiday. But you need to let guests know if the pool is open or closed. Also if you haven't got the use of a pool you should reduce the price. Angela from NOTTINGHAM England
