This exclusive well appointed villa overlooks the Mediterranean (400m above sea level) and the beautiful nearby town of Mijas. There are three bedrooms sleeping up to eight people (two full-size folding beds available), two bathrooms (one en-suite), an American kitchen with utility room and a large lounge which offers panoramic views of the breathtaking scenery overlooking the Mediterranean Sea towards Gibraltar. It has telephone, WIFI internet access, air conditioning, British and Spanish TV and a DVD player. Externally there is a patio Andaluz opening onto a broad terrace with a large floodlit pool (8x4m) set in private gardens featuring a BBQ, outside dining area, large roof terrace and car port. The property benefits from the exclusivity given by the security gates at the entrance to the development complex and is flanked by other villas. Mijas is 5 mins by car, Fuengirola and the beach are 10 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga (10 miles). We have a rental car, a VW Touran 5-7 seater (manual) at very good rates.

Local activities include: Swimming, golf (33 courses on the Costa del Sol, several very near), tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, aquaparks, amusement parks, and other attractions. Andalucia has something for everyone: the holiday towns of the Costas (Malaga, Torremolinos, Marbella and Fuengirola) and the miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches that line a rocky coast. For cultural visitors, the highlights are the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada. For wildlife enthusiasts, there are some of the highest mountains in Europe (including Europe's southernmost skiing resort) and marshlands crowded with flamingos. Mijas is a typical Andaluz village, perched high above Fuengirola and Mijas Costa like so many sugar cubes with spectacular views of the coast and surrounding heavily wooded mountains. There are no main thoroughfares here, instead a web of narrow cobbled streets complete with terraces overflowing with geraniums, red tile roofs, archways and, of course, the occasional chirruping canary.

additional information about rental price:
A deposit of 500 Euros is required to secure the booking and the full rental price is payable 8 weeks before the holiday. The deposit then becomes a damages deposit which will be refunded after departure once the villa has been checked over and less any costs incurred for telephone calls made and excess electricity above the weekly allowance of 100kW at 50 cents per kW. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

We have a manager who is available at all times and can provide any information required. A welcome pack of basic food items can be supplied at cost if required. Linen is changed every week. Guests staying for longer who do not wish to be disturbed can ask for a clean set of linen and towels to be provided. The pool and garden will be maintained once a week (normally Saturday). Deposit of 10% (minimum €500) required to secure booking. Full amount required 8 weeks before holiday. Deposit refunded one week after holiday less any costs incurred for electricity and telephone. Payment options: cheque or bank transfer. We also accept payment in Euros but please note that you must decide which currency to pay in on booking. Supplement per person per week if more than 6 adults: €50. A discount of 20% is available for rentals of 3 weeks or more from November to March. Extra Costs (deducted from your Deposit Refund).
Electricity: We give an allowance of 100kW per week for normal electricity usage and anything above this is charged at EUR per kW. Please make sure you read the electricity meter with our Manager on start and finish of your holiday.
