*Ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, with all the amenities a modern guest needs for a comfortable use, a dining table, living room with sofa, flat screen TV, and sliding doors toward the pool area. A separate toilet. There are two bedrooms at the ground floor, each with a king size bed 180 x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with a shower, A/C, a TV, a balcony with garden views.
*Lower ground floor area (150sqm): Indulge in the ultimate relaxation in the private spa zone, which features a Finnish sauna, a well-equipped fitness area with treadmill, a relaxing zone and a bathroom with a shower, allowing you to rejuvenate your body and mind without leaving the villa.
