The villa offers four elegantly decorated bedrooms: three with comfortable double beds and one with two separate beds. Three fully equipped bathrooms include a hydromassage tub and a washing machine, while two have modern showers. Living room and kitchen
The spacious open-plan living room connects with the dining area and modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped: a coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, and dishwasher allow for the preparation of all meals.
Entertainment and activities in the house
For entertainment for all ages, there is a pool table, table football, table tennis, and darts, while the spacious interior and living room offer space for socializing and relaxation. Garden and outdoor area
Enjoy a spacious, fully fenced garden of 780 m², surrounded by flowers, Mediterranean plants, and fruit trees. A private pool with a hydromassage area for four people, comfortable loungers, outdoor dining areas, and a fireplace create an idyllic setting for relaxation, play, and family moments.

Proximity to historic cities: Trogir (8 km) and Split (20 km) offer rich history and cultural landmarks – from Diocletian’s Palace and Marjan Forest Park to the traditional game of Picigin on Bačvice Beach.
Adventures and activities: Enjoy rafting on the Cetina River, tours of Krka National Park, Salona, and Klis Fortress. Sports enthusiasts can run, cycle, or play tennis at the nearby sports center. Perfect holiday accommodation for family
This holiday home is absolutely to be recommended. We had a very nice week with 8 people in this house. In addition to the spacious and more than fully equipped interior, both we adults and our children had a lot of fun in the very beautiful, stylish and qualitatively designed outdoor area, especially in the fantastic pool :). The children didn't want to leave the house. The very beautiful place and the nearby beaches, as well as the proximity to Split and Trogir offer wonderful excursion possibilities. The owners are very friendly and know how to welcome their guests by making you feel at home immediately. We will not only recommend this accommodation to others, but also visit it again on our next trip to Croatia.

Mega beautiful holiday
We stayed with 10 people( 13-58 years) and dog in this beautiful villa not far from the coast. The walk to the sea is about 5 minutes through a part of the beautiful alleys of Kastel Novi.
The bakery as well as various shopping markets can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Location - in a quiet residential area about 8 km from Togir and 20 km from Spilt with friendly neighbours who let us have part of their tomato harvest.
Villa Stella - great house with very well kept garden and pool, which was cleaned regularly (every 2 days). In addition to the well-maintained rooms, there is an extra room with darts, billiards and a small bar.
As a small tip we recommend the restaurant Crota near Trogir, this was due to the Corona location the only time we went out to eat
This is not necessary, as there is a super grill with outdoor kitchen in addition to the normal well-equipped kitchen in the house.
Despite the few excursions due to the situation this year, we were not bored, as there was a table tennis table in addition to the pool and the playroom, and for the less sporty a large sun-protected table for playing cards
Many thanks to Stela and Ivo who were always available at any time. If there were any problems or questions, they were always there immediately. We immediately got 2 additional sunbeds without asking because of the 10 people
Ivo and Stela are perfect and very nice hosts.
