Description
Perfect accommodation for 10+2 people located on sqm property only 7km from Trogir, and 16km from Split, in quiet and peaceful area of Kaštel Novi with sea views from living room on each floor. It is in walking distance to the restaurant and mini-market, and the beach is only 1,3km. Villa is equipped with entertainment for everybody, and it makes it a perfect choice for family or friends holidays.
The outdoor area offers exclusively for you a private 9,8mx3,5m pool and a jacuzzi next to it (season 2019), 10 sun deck chairs, covered outdoor dining area with barbecue, table soccer, a swing for kids, a slide, rocker and there are some additional toys for your youngest.
Inside the villa, few steps down takes you to a fully equipped gym area and Finnish sauna, there is also a shower, a toilet and a washing machine.
Ground floor offers living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, TV, A/C, free WiFi, PS3, exit to the terrace with pool and sea views, with another outdoor dining table perfect for morning coffee in this amazing area. There is also a Bedroom No1 with king size bed 180x200cm,TV, A/C and a family bathroom with bathtub and a toilet. Few steps up takes you to Bedroom No2 with king size bed 180x200cm, A/C and TV.
First floor offers a second living room with TV, A/C, a high quality massage sofa, sofa that can open in bed for 2, and a balcony with amazing sea views, a family bathroom with shower; Bedroom No3 with king size bed 180x200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower and a toilet, TV and A/C; Bedroom No4 with king size bed 180x200cm, TV, A/C and a balcony with sea views; Bedroom No5 with two single beds 90x200cm, TV and A/C.

Beautiful holiday in a dream villa
Villa has everything you need.
The kitchen is fully equipped, fridge with ice maker :)
Children could have fun in the pool, play volleyball, jump on the trampoline, play table tennis/darts/football or watch TV extensively.
For the grown-ups, the sauna and Jacuzzi were perfect
We enjoyed eating and drinking at the covered outdoor barbecue and looking for shade during the day.
The hostess Marijana is great. Very accommodating and always available in case of problems. She even baked a cherry pie for us - very tasty and not a matter of course. Croatian hospitality.
We all slept very well, sometimes too long - the beds are perfect, no hammock or wooden cot.
We can only recommend the holiday in Villa Suker - it was a dream!!!

Absolutely delightful villa and host
We have been delighted with the villa, the facilities, and the location of this villa. As a family of 12 from old to 3 year old, this villa has something for everyone. so much to do for the little ones, as well as massage chair, hot tub, jacuzi for older guests and table tennis, volley ball, nice walks for the older generation. The beaches are within walking distance. The villa is modern and fully equipped. The hostess Marijana looks after your every need and is available 24x7 via whatsapp for any issue you may have. Marijana our hostess is the most wonderful hostess who looked after us like she was our daughter making sure our every need was met . she even came to pick us up at the airport! Definitely one of the happiest holidays we have had. Thanks to Marijana. We recommend this villa.
