VILLA FILIP is a beautiful villa, part of a semi-detached house (Villa Petra) and very private. The villa is only 50m from the sea. The villa offers a 26m2 heated private pool with massage, 5 bedrooms with private bathroom (4 with terrace and sea view), a sauna and a gym, a living area with dining area and exit to the pool area, all equipped to a high standard.
The villa offers the following for you:
EXTERIOR: private heated pool with massage ( x ), a sun terrace with 6 deckchairs surrounded by Mediterranean plants, a covered lounge corner in front of the living area and a covered dining area in the garden with barbecue.
GROUND FLOOR: Open living and dining area with TV and fully equipped kitchen - with exit to the pool area; Fitness room with sauna and TV; Bathroom with toilet and shower; Washing machine. Everything is fully air conditioned and there is free Wi-Fi everywhere.
FIRST FLOOR: bedroom no. 1, bedroom no. 2, each with a double bed 160cmx200cm and exit to the spacious terrace with Merr and pool view; Bedroom No. 3 with two single beds 90cmx200cm. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, have a TV and a private bathroom with shower.
SECOND FLOOR: bedroom no. 4 and bedroom no 5, each with a double bed 180cm x 200cm and private bathroom with shower, TV and exit to the terrace with sea and pool views.
A private parking is secured on the fenced plot.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located in Kastel Stafilic, an attractive small coastal town between two UNESCO heritage towns (Trogir and Split). Within walking distance there is a tennis court, beaches, restaurants and shopping villa offers a very quiet environment with beautiful coastline and a great beach promenade for walks. The villa is in the heart of Central Dalmatia with good transport links. Trogir is a 5min drive (6km) away and Split can be reached in 15min drive (20km), the Salona ruins and the Klis castle are only a 15 min drive away. The Krka waterfalls are about 1 hour drive away. There are many other activity attractions such as quad biking, rafting, horse riding etc.

• 100% of total booking price if canceled 30-0 days prior to the Check-in Date
• Guest can cancel for free in 7 days after paying Booking deposit (owner makes fully refund)

Family vacation
We had a wonderful vacation. Everything your heart desires is there. Room is very nice. Beds are super comfortable. Pool is great! Grill is very good. Owner is very helpful!!! Help was provided quickly in case of problems. Beaches nearby...but unfortunately without umbrellas and loungers. But that's a matter of taste. We didn't find a restaurant within walking distance. But that is not a problem for us.
