OUTDOOR AREA: Private , heated pool with massage (7,5mx3,5m), sun deck area with 6 deck chairs surrounded by Mediterranean plants from one side, covered lounge corner in front of the living room, and covered outdoor dining area with barbecue.
GROUND FLOOR: Opened-plan living and dining area with TV and fully equipped kitchen - exit to pool area and outdoor dining area; gym and sauna place with TV; bathroom with toilete and shower; washing machine. All air-conditioned, and fully covered with free WiFi.
FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom No1, Bedroom No2 each with double bed 160cm x 200cm and exit to the spacious terrace with sea and pool views, Bedroom No3 with two single beds 90cm x 200cm. Each bedroom is fully air-conditioned, with TV and each with en-suite bathroom with shower .
SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom No4 and Bedroom No5, each with king size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, TV and exit to the covered terrace with sea and pool views.
Private parking place is secured on the fenced plot of the property.

Located in the hearth of the middle Dalmatia with great road connection to easily visit Trogir (5 min driving, 6km), Split (15 min driving, 20km), Salona ruins and Klis fortress (15 min driving), Krka waterfalls (1h driving)… also opportunities to try amazing quad biking experience, rafting, horse many more.

THE ONE YEAR OLD VILLA WAS EXACTLY AS STATED AND MORE., THE OWNERS WERE VERY THOUGHTFUL AND PROVIDED US WITH A LOT OF ESSENTIALS TO START OUR HOLIDAY WITH.. PETRA HERSELF WAS ONLY A PHONE CALL AWAY WITH ANY HELP WE NEEDED. WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME AT THE VILLA AND LOVED TRAVELING THROUGH CROATIA..
