Location and surroundings of object

The small Spanish village of Benitachell, with its approximately 6,000 inhabitants, is located in the inland area near the coast. The surroundings of the beautiful village center are still characterized by extensive and typical local agriculture. This includes, for example, viticulture and orchards with oranges, lemons, almonds, or olives. Benitachell has a 2 km long, varied stretch of steep coastline with a pebble beach, coves, grottos, and the adjacent beautiful nature reserve of the city of Javea.
The settlement Cumbre del Sol (Eng. Summit of the Sun) is also located along this stretch of coastline. The settlement bears this name because it was built on a mountain. This location provides all residents and visitors of the place with a fantastic panoramic view of the surroundings. Since this year, the English private school Sta. Ma. Magdalena is located there. There are also restaurants, a hairdresser, a hardware store, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the neighboring towns of Javea, Moraira, Benissa, and Teulada. The two nearest golf courses in Javea (9-hole course) and Benissa (9-hole course) are also quickly reached.
The best way to get to Benitachell is via the AP7 / E15 motorway or the N-332 national road. It is about 90 km to Alicante airport, and 110 km to Valencia airport. enitachell: picturesque village on Spain’s Costa Blanca.

Free cancellation possible up to 46 days before the arrival date.

Conditions

1. The house can be occupied from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you wish to arrive and check in after 8:00 p.m., this is also possible for an extra fee of €20.00. On the day of departure, the rental property must be handed over to me swept clean by 10:00 a.m. If this is not observed, €50.00 will be withheld from the deposit.

2. The handover of keys will be carried out either by me personally or by the caretaker of the respective property. During your entire stay, I am gladly at your disposal at any time.

3. The number of persons may not exceed the contractually agreed number. In case of violation, all additional persons will be charged separately. If the house is not equipped for additional persons in such a case, they must move out of the house. Otherwise, this would constitute a gross violation of the existing rental contract, which would result in immediate termination of the contract without refund of rent already paid.

4. The properties may not be sublet. The people living in the house must be those who have rented the house.

5. The tenant is liable for damage to the rental property, as well as for damaged or stolen items from the same. In case of loss of keys, the tenant must bear the costs of replacing the locks.

6. Water and gas costs are included in the rental price. 150 kWh per week are included, any additional consumption will be charged at 0.40 euros.
7. The laundry package includes 3 towels, bed linen, and tea towels. The price of €18.00 corresponds to the cost for one package. If desired, you can book a change of the package per week. Please note that the towels provided may not be used as beach towels.

8. The cancellation of the reservation must be made in writing and confirmed by me in writing.

9. In the event of a cancellation, the following costs will be incurred. Cancellation 45 days before the start of the rental 30% of the total rent will be retained as costs
Cancellation 35 days before the start of the rental 40% of the total rent will be retained as costs
Cancellation 28 days before the start of the rental 60% of the total rent will be retained as costs
Cancellation 21 days before the start of the rental 80% of the total rent will be retained as costs
Cancellation 15 days before the start of the rental 100% of the total rent will be retained as costs
