Description
large villa with two floors connected by an internal staircase, with covered parking on the large private plot. The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. The terrace with sea view has a private pool, Jacuzzi and outdoor shower. Six sun loungers and terrace furniture invite you to relax.
Bringing pets and smoking in the house itself is not allowed.
The bathing bay of the Cumbre del Sol residential area is only a few minutes away by car. The beaches of Moraira are about 8 km away. Javea is also only a few minutes away by car, with its well-known small coves and beautiful sandy beach. Shopping facilities and restaurants within the Cumbre del Sol residential area are about 5 minutes away by car. Other restaurants and large supermarkets are also on the way to Moraira or Javea.
