This modern holiday home with pool at the Cala Mandia is located very close from the beautiful bathing bays of the east coast. An ideal place to enjoy your long-deserved vacation and enjoy the white sandy beaches with turquoise waters.
The cozy, bright and modern holiday home has a total area of 450 m² and offers an absolute feel-good atmosphere on a living space of 160 m² and a total of 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom, air conditioning (cold/warm) in the living/dining room and in the kitchen, as well as in the master bedroom and Internet (WLAN) throughout the house.
The bright and open living/dining area offers a dining table for 6 people, enough space in all seasons and has air conditioning (cold/warm) and a fireplace (pellets). On the sofa you can rest, read a book or watch your favorite movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, refrigerator + freezer, coffee machine, etc. The other rooms are divided as follows:
1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.50m x 1.90m) and air conditioning (cold/warm)
1 bedroom with 2 beds (0.90m × 1.90m) + (0.80m × 1.90m) and 1 ceiling fan
1 bathroom with shower and double sink.
A laundry room offers you a washing machine with clothes lines etc. in case you need it.
The outdoor area offers you a private pool (5.00 m long and 2.60 m wide) and therefore the cooling you need on hot days and a lot of fun with the family on all other days too. After cooling off, relax on one of the 2 sun loungers or enjoy life in the cozy seating area under the pergola. A dining table and a barbeque (charcoal) are available for cozy dinners.
During your stay you can discover various small bathing bays from here in just a few minutes, which serve as more than just a wow moment and as a perfect photo backdrop. You can also quickly reach the larger cities such as Manacor and Felanitx by rental car.
