Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, nur die Matratze war für mich zu dünn. Küche sehr gut eingerichtet. Wohnzimmer wirkt etwas kalt.

Schöne Aussicht auf den See. Bett sehr hart. Balkon gross aber sehr ungepflegt. Wasserdruck insbesondere beim Duschen extrem niedrig. Da macht Duschen keinen Spaß.

Wir waren 2. Wochen hier, wer sich wirklich erholen möchte ist hier richtig. Ruhe und Erholung war uns wichtig. Können nur weiter empfehlen, was ihr daraus macht ist euch überlassen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Aussicht auf den See. Relativ moderne Ausstattung mit großem TV. Leider sind die dazugehörigen Fahrräder sehr veraltet und kaum zu gebrauchen. Wir haben uns in Scharbeutz dann eigene ausgeliehen. Bikes mussten täglich in den Keller (Treppe!) getragen werden.

Wir hatten unsere eigenen E-Bikes mit. Es war sehr beschwerlich die Fahrräder über die Treppen in den Keller zu stellen und wieder herauszuholen. Der Fahrradkeller war außerdem sehr voll.

Die Wohnung ist mit bis zu 4 Personen angegeben,leider kann man sehr schlecht auf der Schlafcouch liegen. Mussten eine Luftmatratze kaufen.

Very nice holiday apartment with a balcony and a wonderful view of the large Pönitzer Lake. Dream location for dog owners and walkers, as the "dog forest" and many other beautiful trails are in close proximity. Even the free use of bicycles was included in the price.

The holiday apartment is great, directly on the hiking trail around the lake. It is a small, practical apartment. With 4 people for the weekend it's okay, otherwise quite cramped. Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of solvents or something in the apartment.

It is a beautiful modern apartment with a great view of Lake Pönitzer. The kitchen is very well equipped and we lacked nothing. With the dog, you could take a nice walk directly by the lake. It is centrally located and everything is quickly accessible. We would love to come back.

The direct location by the lake is very nice. You can go swimming and have a great view of nature from the balcony. The furnishings of the apartment with the electrical appliances are optimal (dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, etc.) We would love to come again.

In the apartment, I felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a problem with my bicycle. The bike cellar was full! Moreover, a bike rail was missing to transport the bike with the help of the push aid over many stairs. I was overwhelmed.

Everything is great, the apartment and location are top. I would be happy if the path to the bike cellar could be designed in such a way that I wouldn't have to carry the bikes up the stairs but could use a ramp instead.

Great apartment with good amenities and lake view. Negative for us is the layout of the refrigerator and the water pressure of the shower. Unfortunately, on the day of arrival, as well as 2 following days, there were craftsmen in the house who woke us up before 8 a.m. Otherwise, everything perfect.

A beautiful little apartment with a wonderful view of Lake Pönitzer. We were out cycling, it's 3 km to the beach. The house has a small sauna in the basement. The only thing that wasn't so perfect was that the bike cellar can only be accessed via stairs.

The location of the apartment was very nice, it only had one disadvantage, without a car you are stuck there. The apartment was nicely furnished, from the balcony we could look at Lake Pönitzer. If we come back again, we would definitely come by car. Ideal for hikers.

Very quietly located, well-equipped holiday apartment directly by the lake, well-equipped kitchen, large bathroom, separate sleeping area, comfortable bed, enough storage space, large balcony facing the lake. Short bike ride to the Baltic Sea beach, sufficient shopping options available, but a car is required for this. Although the house is directly on the federal road, nothing can be heard from it in the apartment. Everything top!

The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a vacation. The location is good, especially if you are traveling by bike. You can quickly reach the beach and also have a great view of the lake. We were three (1 adult, 2 children) and had enough space. Always happy to return.

The holiday accommodation was well equipped. There was enough storage space, with wardrobes or dressers in all rooms. The kitchen was well equipped; however, we did not cook, so we cannot evaluate it. However, there was only 1 wine glass available, which was a pity, but not a drawback. The cleanliness, however, left something to be desired in some areas. In the shower, there was mold, on the ceramic hob there were still cooking residues, grease splashes on the extractor hood and the tiles, fingerprints on the kitchen cabinets, and the trash can had not been emptied. A blackout roller blind was defective and was reported by us on the day of arrival along with the careless cleanliness. I received a message directly, in which a prompt resolution of the deficiencies was promised. I had already cleaned there, so I declined the offer of a housekeeper to take care of it, and we waited in vain for the maintenance technician.
