6 people will find everything they need for a great and relaxing holiday with friends and family here in Klingberg/Scharbeutz. The cosy holiday home is 500 m from Lake Pönitz, near the forest. The Baltic Sea is 2.8 km away. The house with 150 sqm (including cellar with recreation room, utility room and sauna)has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a guest bath and a shower in the sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is very spacious, with adjoining terrace and awning. The property with garden invites you to relax and play. A double carport and parking space for another 2
Cars are available on the property. In the house there is also a recreation room and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a spacious sauna with resting places and shower. There are 2 televisions in the house,
4 bicycles (2 women's, 1 men's, 1 children's) and 1 stand-up paddle, a hairdryer etc. . The bus stop is 20 m from the house , the train station 4 km away. A swimming pool at 1 km , the nearest restaurant at 100 m . This is a non-smoking house. Please do not bring animals. Overcrowding possible with 1 person aged 0 to 3 years.

Location and surroundings of object
The large Pönitzer See is located in the municipality of Scharbeutz, close to the Baltic Sea. It is located in the Ostholstein district. The village of Klingberg/Scharbeutz lies on the southern shore. It is surrounded by forests and the Scharbeutz Heath. The bathing facility at the lake is supervised by the DLRG. A little outside the hustle and bustle, the lake invites you to linger in its beauty away from the beach life. Great cycle paths lead from Klingberg to the sea.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Great holiday home
We were allowed to spend a great week at the Sonnenschein vacation home by the Bredenbeck family at the end of July with five people. A bit away from the beach hustle and bustle, we felt completely comfortable and relaxed in the spacious and lovingly fully equipped house. There is something offered for everyone: bicycles, SUP, foosball, darts, sauna. Simply great and we can highly recommend the Sonnenschein house. The Eicker family from Sauerland.

Perfect summer holiday
We (4 adults and 2 children) spent our family holiday in August 2022 in the Ostseehaus Sonnenschein in Klingberg. the house is furnished with great attention to detail, very spacious, bright, very clean and equipped with everything your heart desires
It was a perfect accommodation for us, where we felt very comfortable for 2 weeks
The owners are very nice and extremely eager to leave nothing to be desired
The house is quietly located in a residential area and is an excellent starting point for small hiking and cycling tours around Lake Pönitz/the forest
We can only recommend this holiday home!

Ein schöne Woche
Super tolles Haus in dem es uns an nichts gefehlt hat . Wir haben uns mit 6 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn es einem nichts ausmacht das man nicht direkt am Strand ist, können wir dieses Haus auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen. Nach Scharbeutz fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 10 min. Wo auch ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entgegenkomment
Wir haben im Haus Sonnenschein eine tolle Urlaubswoche verbracht

Perfect
Communication with the landlord was smooth and he was very accommodating with our arrival time. The holiday home is freshly renovated, very tastefully furnished, bright, clean and nothing is missing. The furnishings correspond to the description. In the basement there is a sauna, a table football and a dartboard, which we often used as a family of 4. A treat for us, the SUP, enriched our seaside holiday, as well as the fully functional bicycles. We can only recommend this holiday home!
