Description
We offer you a well-equipped and renovated mobile home for rent in the Netherlands on the Ijsselmeer.
The property is located on a small idyllic campsite in the Frisian village of Warns, about 3 minutes by car from the Ijsselmeer. The campsite has a swimming pool (2016), clean sanitary facilities, free parking, free Wi-Fi, a playground, and much more.
Thanks to the good location, you can quickly reach the Ijsselmeer, the inland lakes, canals, the North Sea, harbours, supermarkets and kite spots in the surrounding towns of Stavoren, Hindeloopen, Workum, Balk, Mirns, Lemmer, Sneek, etc.
We have renovated the mobile home in recent years, bought new furniture, installed flat screen TVs with German SAT TV in the bedroom and living room, built an outdoor barbecue hut and much more.
The mobile home has a combined living and dining room with a dining area, a sofa and a kitchenette, a small bedroom, a large bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. For showering, the sanitary facilities on the campsite are available free of charge. There is a small wind- and waterproof annex in front of the entrance door.
The bed in the bedroom measures 140x200cm, the children's room has a bunk bed with 90x200cm mattresses each and the sofa bed in the living area can be extended to 140x200cm.
For your safety, the mobile home has a propane gas detector, CO detector and smoke detector!
The kitchen is fully equipped and has, in addition to the usual things such as cutlery, crockery, glasses, cups and pots, a coffee machine, a small oven, a kettle, a 4-burner gas cooker, and much more.
Directly in front of the front door is a terrace incl. all garden furniture, a garden shed with storage space for bicycles and a small private lawn. Due to its size of 9m x 3m, the caravan offers enough space for 4-6 persons, whereby we recommend a use with max. 4 persons.
The plot is surrounded by hedges, giving you privacy and peace and quiet if needed. There is a sheep pasture to the open side. Outside the holidays, the site is relatively quiet. However, during holidays and bank holiday weekends, there are often other families there, so the kids will always find someone to play with. Nevertheless, it is a very small and family-run site and not to be compared with huge camping facilities that resemble a small town.

During the summer holidays we only rent by the week. During the holidays, a stay from Saturday to Saturday is possible.
The rent is 55€ per day
In the holidays and over the holidays the rent is 62€ per day
The rent refers to the entire rental property per day. Gas, water and electricity costs as well as free WLAN are included in the rent and are not charged via hidden operating costs! It does not include the separate tourist tax of 2,65€ per adult per day and 1,50€ per child per day (max. 50€ per family per week). The final cleaning is 30€
Basic duvets and pillows are provided. You have to bring your own bed linen and sheets as well as towels and tea towels.

Location and surroundings of object
Camping De Weyde Blick is a small, very beautiful site in the middle of the wonderful Frisian landscape. From here you can reach the Ijsselmeer in two minutes by car. The plot is spacious and separated from the neighbouring plot by a high hedge. Behind the caravan is a small meadow with a beautiful view of a sheep pasture. The campsite has modern sanitary facilities with underfloor heating. For your children there is a playground, a table tennis table, a large meadow for ball games, a large swimming pool (also for the parents ;-) ) and at the caravan itself a small meadow where your youngest can let off steam.

As you can see from the distances, Warns is very centrally located in Friesland. You can reach most places and beaches in a few minutes by car. Friesland is known for its unique landscape, both on land and on water. You can reach the Ijsselmeer, the North Sea, inland waters and canals in a few minutes by car, but also by bicycle.
The Ijsselmeer beaches are especially popular with surfers and sailors, as you can still stand far out without any problems and practice your sport perfectly with waves of up to two metres. But swimmers and sun-seekers also get their money's worth here. Don't worry, the Ijsselmeer is a calm body of water with many beautiful beaches where swimming is allowed.
