Discover the charming holiday home (semi-detached house) Landhaus Gothensee in Korswandt, perfect for up to 4 guests. Spanning 80 square meters, it offers 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. The house is stylishly furnished and features a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. Relax by the crackling fire of the fireplace or enjoy the warmth of the private sauna. The Gothensee Country House is surrounded by a lovingly maintained garden that invites you to linger. On the terrace, you can spend wonderful barbecue evenings with the provided BBQ grill. A private parking space is available, and a cot is also available for our little guests upon request.
Further amenities include two TVs, a washing machine, and a dryer. Free Wi-Fi, an iron, and a hairdryer provide additional comfort. The holiday home offers an allergy-friendly environment for non-smokers.

Korswandt is a quiet village on Usedom near the Baltic Sea (2.5km), located between Gothensee and Wollgastsee (500m). Table tennis facilities, a playground, a pottery studio, a golf course (Baltic Hills), and a soccer field can be found in the village center (500m).
At Wolgastsee, rowing and pedal boats can be rented or you can sunbathe on the sandy beach. Wolgastsee invites you to swim in freshwater. Here, you can also find the restaurant Idyll am Wolgastsee, which offers good regional cuisine. In the Dorint Hotel, there is another restaurant and a visitable wellness area including a sauna and treatments.
