The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular because of the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location. For shared use are available: garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and courtyard. Terraces of 12 and 25 sqm for shared use, built-in barbecue.

Pridraga. The holiday apartment is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. (2 spaces in garage).
