A vacation for connoisseurs in a delightful location, that's what awaits you on this houseboat.
The permanently moored houseboat has a living area of 48 m² + 40 m² roof terrace. It offers ample space for up to 4 people. Each of the two bedrooms has a French bed, satellite TV, and its own bathroom. The large, open living area with a fully equipped kitchen is for spending time together. From the covered outdoor terrace and the large sun deck, you enjoy the unobstructed view over the entire lake. You can watch the boats passing by or enjoy the great view of the old town island and the monastery church.
The houseboat offers all the comforts you expect from a real home. 220 V sockets, underfloor heating, central water and sewage supply, TV in all living areas, as well as top-notch thermal insulation and standard windows.
You can swim directly from the houseboat. Upon request, you can rent a stand-up paddle or a motorboat on site and moor it directly at the houseboat. It is located on a lockable dock facility.

The Pedestrian-Friendly Environment
The island town of Malchow is located in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District and has a very special charm. The Müritz-Elde Waterway runs through the town, making it a station for many leisure captains.
The location of the houseboat could be described as nearly perfect. Situated on the edge of the old town, you can reach the old town island with its restaurants, historic swing bridge, fish smokehouse, cafes, passenger shipping, and small shops in just a 5-minute walk. The monastery church and various museums are also within walking distance.
Leisure and Places to Visit
Due to the excellent location in the Müritz region, all leisure activities and tourist destinations are just a short distance away. For example, Plau am See and Waren an der Müritz can be reached within 20 minutes. The Monkey Forest and Bear Forest, Müritz National Park, Müritz Therme, and Bollewick Market Farmers' Barn are just a few highlights that we highly recommend. Or rent a motorboat on site and explore the surrounding lakes and rivers. Lake Plauer and Lake Fleesensee are just a stone's throw away. Water sports are highly emphasized in the region due to the numerous lakes. Canoeing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling, or sailing – everything is possible here. The region can also be wonderfully explored by bicycle. The bike paths are very well developed and lead around many lakes, through forests, and through quaint villages.

Excellent location, comfortable
Really very functional and quite comfortable in terms of space. Even in cooler seasons around Easter, it was nicely warm. Nothing was missing, only the bedding with microfiber was not so pleasant.

Great short vacation!!!
We stayed for 3 nights as 2 people on this wonderful houseboat. Grandma with her adult grandson, super nice reception, great quiet location, and still just a 5-minute walk to the city, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The beds are great, 2 bathrooms. From the first moment, it felt like a vacation!!! Very nice landlord, always reachable. So it is absolutely recommended. And we will come back as well.
