This modern and fully renovated holiday home offers an idyllic retreat for up to 4 guests. The property features two cozy bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds. The spacious living room connects directly to the private terrace, where you can enjoy a heated pool (available for an additional charge), sunbathing on four loungers, or dining at the outdoor table for four. The house is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi (300mbs), a Smart TV with international channels, and access to Netflix, HBO, and Prime Video. A cot and high chair are available upon request for families with young children.

Located just 250 meters from the vibrant Yumbo Shopping Centre, guests have easy access to a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and entertainment options. Playa del Inglés beach is also within walking distance, offering a serene escape with beautiful sands and crystal-clear waters. The surrounding area is peaceful and residential, providing a quiet environment for relaxation while being close to the island's lively attractions.

Inside, the bungalow includes a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooker, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, and the property is kept pristine with a weekly cleaning service for stays longer than 8 nights. Please note that the heated pool option is available for an extra charge of €30 per day, allowing you to enjoy warm water during your stay.
