The exclusive holiday home with high-quality furnishings is approx. 95 m², features a fireplace and a sauna. The entire interior and terrace have been lovingly renovated for our holiday guests with high-quality materials, sophisticated design, and the latest technology. Enjoy your time, the luxury with a unique wide view of the water, the fantastic sunrises, and the most romantic sunsets on the island of Usedom. A luxurious holiday home awaits you, offering you the highest comfort on approx. 95 m² as well as a breathtaking view of the Achterwasser. Enjoy your holiday on the spacious terrace with fireplace, sauna, grill, fire bowl, hammock. Even on cooler days and in winter, the fireplace together with underfloor heating provides a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.
Thanks to the age-appropriate and largely barrier-free design, you have unrestricted freedom of movement. The rooms are allergy-friendly.
The spacious living room with widescreen TV, fireplace, and extendable corner sofa (150 x 140 cm/255 x 60 cm) invites you to relax. The open, fully equipped kitchen features a Miele fridge-freezer with 0-degree zone, wine fridge, washer-dryer, dishwasher, DeLonghi Nespresso capsule machine, 4-zone induction hob, oven with steam function, microwave, and much more – perfect for connoisseurs.
The holiday home offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an additional WC.
Bedroom 1 with a comfortable king-size bed (200 x 180 cm) and 55-inch TV,
Bedroom 2 with a double bed (190 x 150 cm).
The modern en-suite bathroom with double bathtub, walk-in shower, washbasin, towel warmer, and WC is directly connected to bedroom 1.
Outside, you will find two spacious terraces with fireplace, grill, fire bowl, and an outdoor sauna, cold water shower, hammock, as well as a large garden – ideal for enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air.
Rent a bicycle, boat, horse, etc., or better yet: bring your own bicycle and boat.
Two car parking spaces, a bicycle box, and further storage options for bicycles are available free of charge directly at the house.
Prices per night (each additional guest plus €30)
Low season: November to March from €89
High season: 26 June to 15 September from €195
Parking spaces, bicycle box as well as electricity, water, heating, sauna, and internet are included in the rental price!
Additional costs: only laundry packages – bed linen, towels, bathrobes, and sauna towels – €30 per guest and spa tax.
This way you can arrive relaxed and enjoy your holiday from the very beginning.
Long-term rental is possible at special rates on request …

Peace, relaxation, and beautiful sunsets
The Sealodge is the perfect place for anyone seeking peace and relaxation. The dreamlike location overlooking the Achterwasser invites you to enjoy beautiful sunsets, especially in the evening.
The accommodation is very nice and tastefully furnished and is spotlessly clean. There are cozy options for relaxing everywhere – whether on the large reading bed, the relaxation sofa, in the hammock, or on the sun loungers. Here, everyone really finds their favorite spot to chill and unwind.
Many thanks to the very nice and warm hosts. They had many great tips for the island and were always happy to assist us with recommendations for bike tours, hikes, and other activities.
Anyone looking for a quiet, well-maintained, and lovingly designed accommodation with a beautiful atmosphere is exactly right at the Sealodge. We felt very comfortable and would choose it again!

Place of longing
The house is very lovingly and high-quality furnished. We lacked nothing. The location at the end of the street is top - very quiet. We were able to enjoy a dreamlike sunset over the Achterwasser every evening.
Many thanks to the landlords. They are very friendly and nearby and gladly provide information about possible excursion destinations, etc. The communication before our arrival was perfect.
We will definitely come back!

Quiet - dreamlike holiday home - best location - top
Preliminary:
We could hardly have done better!
For years now, we have been vacationing on the coasts of the North and Baltic Seas in DK, NL, and DE, and have seen quite a few holiday homes and apartments, so we can really compare.
What we have found here is very, very beautiful. Lovingly furnished, very tasteful.
Ideally nestled between the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser. Terrace with a west view from an elevated position.
Every sunset a visual delight! At the end of the street, it doesn't get quieter!
Optimal starting point for bike tours to the east and west. The nearest bakery is reachable by bike. Shopping options in the next town. Top restaurant within walking distance.
The furnishings of the house are top-notch; nothing is missing! Everything is available in stylish execution, even a gas grill.
The landlords are approachable and reachable at any time, are on-site, and are ready with excursion recommendations and insider tips of all kinds. This is what vacation feels like!
We would gladly come back and can recommend the Sealodge without reservation.
