Great importance was attached to light-filled rooms and a pleasant layout in the design, construction, and furnishing of the Steinbach See Lodges. Incidentally, the four chalets are almost identical in construction, equally high-quality in their fittings, and are built in accordance with the 5-star requirements of the German Tourism Association e. V. with 5 stars.
The four chalets are located on a property of approximately 12,000 m². On two living levels there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with sauna, a guest WC, a large open living-dining-kitchen area, and a library. The chalets have two balconies in the attic, each with 15 sqm of balcony space. So you can go directly outside onto the balcony from the bedroom and look at the forest; from the front balcony you can sit in Canadian lounge chairs and look directly at the lake. On the large terrace of each house there is a Hotspring premium whirlpool and a Weber charcoal grill. The beds are equipped with high-quality, back-friendly box spring mattresses, which are covered with a hygienic mattress protector. All beds are made up with fresh bed linen upon your arrival. As an additional sleeping option, the high-quality sofa bed in the library can be used for two more people. Our four brand-new natural log chalets are exceptional in their construction and exclusively furnished with great attention to detail. They are situated in a unique location, right at the edge of the forest, with a sweeping view of the untouched nature of the Hunsrück, the national park, and Lake Steinbach. Imagine how your vacation begins: You open the door of your chalet, breathe in the fresh, pleasant air, the slightly sweet scent of wood, and let yourself be enchanted by the warm atmosphere and the cozy architecture of your Canadian log cabin. Through the panoramic windows you gaze at the impressive nature – whether from the terrace or comfortably in the wing chair. Perhaps you will enjoy a freshly roasted coffee or a glass of sparkling wine as you fully savor the moment.

Location and surroundings of object
The Steinbach See Village is located in the town of Langweiler, fondly referred to by residents as the "Pearl of the Hochwald" due to its excellent location and the views of the Steinbach reservoir and national park. Here, you will find what most tourists seek: peace and relaxation. Langweiler is a village of the category "all's right with the world." There are two different beer gardens, two restaurants, four playgrounds, a soccer field, and top hiking trails – among them, a path leading up to the lookout tower. the European long-distance trail, the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig, passes by the Steinbach See Village. You can start many hikes and walks directly in the village. Due to the altitude of over 600 meters, snow is often expected in Langweiler in winter. The transport connections and location are excellent, in just a few minutes you can be in places like Morbach, Idar-Oberstein, the Erbeskopf ski area, the national park, or on the upgraded expressway Hunsrück-Höhenstraße, the "Hunsrück Highway." Some of the surrounding villages are also easily accessible on foot. As the transportation network in the Hunsrück is well developed and the roads are in excellent condition (and the traffic is very relaxed), you really have many excursion destinations "right outside your front door."

Very neat and complete
From the booking, good contact with Stefan. Answers questions well. Before departure, extensive documentation received by mail. Nice preparation for packing.
Upon arrival, a house like new, very clean and complete. Even walking sticks and good doormats were thought of. Furthermore, very complete furnishings and enough kitchen utensils in the kitchen. It was just like coming home.
The view is amazing with a nice terrace and jacuzzi, which can be well shielded. The location is a nice starting point for many walks.
