Welcome to our beautiful holiday apartment in the heart of the Probstei, on the edge of the Kiel Bay.
On approx. 100 m², up to 8 people (max. 6 adults plus children) can enjoy themselves (an extra bed is possible, just ask). The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of our charming Art Nouveau townhouse from 1910, in the old village center of Probsteierhagen.
If you appreciate the charm and ceiling height of a beautiful old building, you are in exactly the right place with us. Details such as the pitch pine floorboards as well as the old doors and door frames in their original condition are deliberately combined with modern furniture to create a unique atmosphere.
In the completely newly furnished country house kitchen, you can cook to your heart’s content or make holiday plans together at the large dining table.

Centrally located between the beautiful Baltic Sea resorts of Laboe and Schönberg/Holstein, there is something for everyone to do in the immediate vicinity. Whether sporty, close to nature, or something for the whole family.
Public e-charging station 400 m away, in case you arrive by electric car.
The nearby Holstein Switzerland invites you to go cycling and hiking. The state capital Kiel is only 12 km away and impresses with its maritime flair. The Hanseatic cities of Hamburg and Lübeck can also be reached by car in 1.5 hours each and are always worth a visit. The only adventure park by the sea – Hansa-Park – can be reached by car in 1 hour and offers fun and activities for all age groups (April to October).

We hope that no one will have to cancel their long-awaited vacation, but sometimes it's simply unavoidable. For this reason, we have implemented a staggered cancellation policy to protect ourselves. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. If a cancellation does occur, we will attempt to rent out the apartment during that period, which would, of course, reduce the cancellation costs for you. - Up to 42 days before rental start: free cancellation - Up to 41 days before rental start: 50% of the rental price - Up to 21 days before rental start: 75% of the rental price - Up to 14 days before rental start: 90% of the rental price - Otherwise (later than 14 days before rental start): 100% of the rental price
additional information:
For our guests who want to use public transport, there is a direct bus line 200/201 from Kiel in the direction of Ostseebad Schönberg/Holstein. From the bus stop Probsteierhagen/Friedhof it is only a few metres to our holiday flat. In the next few years there will be another direct train connection, which already runs every year for Kiel Week and makes the connection to Kiel city centre even more convenient (the Kiel Week timetable is provided in our guest info).

Very nice!
The apartment is very stylish, furnished with great attention to detail, and offers everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The play area outside and the children's room with great toys were an absolute stroke of luck for our preschool-aged kids! The contact with the landlord was straightforward and friendly - she was very concerned about our well-being. Overall, a lovely Easter!

Super holiday apartment for small children!
Everything just fit perfectly!
The holiday apartment was clean, so we felt very comfortable there. Especially the bathrooms!
The beds were already made before our arrival, which is not a given. There were enough towels for everyone, even for our one-year-old child. As well as dish towels, etc. We know it differently too. Our 1, 3, and 5-year-old children especially enjoyed it, as they had a real children's room with children's beds, as well as great toys and many wonderful books!
The trampoline, slide, and swings in the garden made the vacation sweeter for our children.
Ms. Blum was always easily reachable, reliable, helpful, and very friendly.
Everything was very well organized! The holiday apartment looked just like in the pictures and it was in a very quiet location, which we really liked.
Since we did a lot in Kiel, we hardly spent time on-site.
The price-performance ratio was good, as towels, bed linen, electricity, water, etc. were included!
We had very nice holiday days and would love to come back!
