Welcome to our beautiful, just finished holiday flat in the heart of the Probstei, on the edge of Kiel Bay.
Up to 8 people (max. 6 adults, 2 small children) can enjoy themselves on approx. 100 m². The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of our charming art nouveau town house from 1910, in the old centre of Probsteierhagen.
If you appreciate the charm and ceiling height of a beautiful old building, you are in the right place. Details such as the pitch-pine floorboards and the old doors and door frames in their original state are deliberately combined with modern furniture to create a unique atmosphere.
In the completely refurbished country kitchen, you can cook to your heart's content or make holiday plans together at the large dining table.
The living room opposite is a great place to relax on the sofa, and a Danish stove keeps you cosy even when the weather is grim in northern Germany.
The renovated bathroom with bathtub and folding shower wall invites you to relax, and there is an additional guest toilet.
After an exciting day on holiday, you can retire to three beautiful bedrooms and fall asleep relaxed.
In one of the bedrooms (2 single beds) there is a lovingly designed play corner for children.
Part of the garden (terrace with barbecue facilities) is still being newly laid out and cannot be used at present (from approx. May 2023).
However, a sandbox, a swing and a slide are already available for our little guests.
Furthermore, two parking spaces are available in the outdoor area, and there are more free parking spaces on the street opposite.

Location and surroundings of object
Centrally located between the beautiful Baltic Sea resorts of Laboe and Schönberg/Holstein, there is something for everyone to do in the immediate vicinity. Be it sporty, nature-loving or something for the whole family.
The nearby Holstein Switzerland invites you to go cycling and hiking. The state capital Kiel is only 12 km away and captivates with its maritime flair. The Hanseatic cities of Hamburg and Lübeck can also be reached by car in 1.5 h each and are always worth a visit. The only adventure park by the sea - Hansa Park - can be reached by car in 1 hour and offers fun and activities for every age group (April to October).

For our guests who want to use public transport, there is a direct bus line 200/201 from Kiel in the direction of Ostseebad Schönberg/Holstein. From the bus stop Probsteierhagen/Friedhof it is only a few metres to our holiday flat. In the next few years there will be another direct train connection, which already runs every year for Kiel Week and makes the connection to Kiel city centre even more convenient (the Kiel Week timetable is provided in our guest info).
